.... even though the *FACTS* show, Summerlin isn't even in the top 100 ... but Nevada is 40th in the country for Education, and 39th in the country for healthcare ... U.S. healthcare, which costs at least 5 time more than the next most expensive country ... FACTS … not votes!

AFTER STUDYING WHICH U.S. DESERT COMMUNITY WOULD BE BEST FOR ME HENDERSON WAS THE CLEAR WINNER. THE LV VALLEY IS ALSO FAR SUPERIOR TO THE COACHELLA VALLEY FOR NUMEROUS REASONS.

It is permitted in Henderson mostly in non HOA communities but there are a lot of rules and regulations- the main one being that the property you purchase to short term rental cannot be within 1000 ft of another short term rental

If you make it a 30 day min rental can it be within 1000 ft of those str?
