The interviewer, Practice Lead, in fact, loved the questions. Actually said, that he was talking about it just this morning. And I believe it played a huge part in their decision, that we had that common thought resonating.

@@AonaTalks Hi Aona, as someone considering this transition with a PhD, I think many of us are wondering how to illustrate that our PhDs are actually an asset. Perhaps interviewing those who've done this transition with a PhD would be helpful? I also personally come from the humanities so anything that would help with those from that background rather than social sciences would be super helpful.
