Bhai meri chocolate na is tarah se melt hi nahi hoti hai wo thik hojati hai humesha melt krne ke bad bhi so liquid form me nahi aati thick rhti hai aise kyu hota hai or iske liye kaise kare plz suggest Or jab use fridger me dalti hu to wo solid nahi hoti hai matlb shape nahi deti hai waise ke waise rhti hai
For garnish i use local compound chocolate name Guls compound chocolate, but for more advance work i used imported compound chocolate like GCB, or Selborne.
Sir chocolate ko agar bahar rakhege to melt hota he mean uska Shep change hota he to fridge ke bahar bhi same chocolate rehne ke liye kya karna chahiye.....

Just like Karachi, weather of Ahmedabad on India is hot and humid. Your videos help me alot! Specially the point that you mention that compound chocolates need not be tempered. But I have one problem. My chocolate garnish melts when the cake is delivered and is not kept in cool place even for 30 mins. Please help me with that. Also you mentioned 2 add 2 tablespoon oil in 1 kg chocolate. So that oiled chocolate is used for making these garnish?? Please reply to my queries. I need help. Keep going and keep helping. Good luck
Marble top is the best platform for the chocolate garnish..., else u can also work on plain wooden laminated sheet, glass and steel table but u have to understand the temperature.
