**For chocolate**

The tempering process is omitted from the video.
Be sure to temper the couverture chocolate with cocoa butter before using it.
My chocolate is Cargill Noir Extra Dark 64% Belgian chocolate.
I don't recommend compound chocolate because it's hard to maintain its shape because it's not completely hardened.

I used brown parchment paper.
If you can't get a parchment paper, I recommend a zipper bag.

Well you should feel overwhelmed they not easy to make some very difficult to create. If see swirls means it's separated and tempered chocolate wrong and taste bad.

I mostly use dark chocolate (not chocolate chips).
Milk chocolate may not harden due to the low cacao content.
I recommend testing with a small amount of chocolate of your choice.
