The fact that the Squid Game was planned on 2008, and was aired today during the Pandemic, I think it was a great click. Since people loved to watch movies/series due to lockdown, it was such a great timing.
I was honestly so intrigued by the way everything was portrayed. Their acting and the plot was just so good. I also love the fact that everyone is crushing over Miss gurl crush (aka ms, jung ho-yeon)😏
My favorite one was about the blue and red card. If you get the blue card then you'll be a player but if you get the red and you'll be one with the mask.

In those silly k-dramas, most actors have had several plastic surgeries. Maybe some from this cast have too, but they are still more normal looking (although goodlooking) than in some other series. From the looks of it, the one who plays the policeman hasn't done anything. I think that's good; to celebrate the typical Korean features instead of everyone having done their eyes, jaws, noses, boobs and more.
I hope to see Jung Hoyeon more on masterpiece acting projects like Squid Game. She's so good. And Wi Hajun is so handsome! I hope to see him in a drama that he is the male lead in the future because of all the dramas I've seen him he is just second lead. Hopefully he'll get offer of male lead after this. Also Lee Jung Jae and Park Haesoo are such brilliant actors. I cant wait for Money Heist kor adaptation. So excited for season 2. Fighting Squid Game Squad!

Actually many korean think her acting was little bit awkward. Of course she has a beautiful face and voice tone, but It was her first acting (she was a model before) so many scenes were cringe. And her role (North Korean) is hard to act because their language has very subtle tone what is different from South Korea. Many Korean felt it was quite awkward. But I believe she'll do better next time!

Squid Game is definitely top-tier Korean Series. The fact that they planned ever since 2008/2009 but just never had the budget. Imagine how much more phenomenal ideas people have for series but they just don't have money to make it.
I definitely love it but I felt they could have get more budget for the VIPs. they sounded like they are being dubbed and is too stereotype for real billionaires.

Squid Game is definitely top-tier Korean Series. The fact that they planned ever since 2008/2009 but just never had the budget. Imagine how much more phenomenal ideas people have for series but they just don't have money to make it.
I definitely love it but I felt they could have get more budget for the VIPs. they sounded like they are being dubbed and is too stereotype for real billionaires.

Even in Japan not all can speak English but just like this cast there are celebrities who speaks better English. The difference between Japanese and Koreans are Koreans don't feel shy to speak even if they are poor in English but Japanese they would think 3x before they speak if they're poor in foreign language.
