  • UPDATED VERSION - after many requests, you've been heard! I've re-recorded with better quality audio and no background music for you. It has meant there's a few slower-paced bits in the video, but feel free to fast forward to those as I'm unable to edit those further. Thanks for your patience.

We explore the neuroscience of Havening Techniques and behind how we can become traumatised.
We then look at what Havening therapy does and how it can help with conditions such as traumatic memories, anxiety, stress, PTSD

Thank you for an excellent overview. The combination of visual and audio explanations help to understand very quickly what is happening in the brain and why such simple techniques can work

Best explanation I have ever seen that shows the biological side of the feelings. Amazing. Should be in med school.

Thank you for an easy-to-understand explanation of this invaluable technique. I recently tried Havening and it worked very well for me. Am trying now to help another person (already watched your video) who recently survived a life/death (traumatic) health event. We are both fortunate enough to have the guidance of a certified Havening professional, and she referred us to your video. Good stuff!

What a brilliant video to explain Havening so beautifully.
It must have taken a huge amount of time and effort.
    Huge respect and thanks

Hey Tam - just thought you'd like to know there's a wee typo at 3:55 - substance instead of sustance abuse. I'm a proofreader by trade so thought you'd rather know that not! In the meantime, thank you so much for posting. Really looking forward to understanding this better.

So sorry! At 6:11, percieve is actually perceive :) Doh!

Hey Sam! Rats!! That was missed - no matter how much it's checked there always seems to be one pesky typo! Thanks so much for taking the time to point it out. Tricky to amend now but hopefully people can forgive it! I love your brilliant eyes for detail. Wish I'd had them earlier! All my best.

@@TamPJohnston Sweetheart, at least from me (can't account for others, lol!), comments to do with proofreading are offered in love not criticism. I think one thing people may not realise is that even proofreaders (especially me!) make mistakes all the time! Maybe that's why I'm a proofreader. Bless you always xx

@@samlyons6438 Was only ever taken that way!! Too late for this video (believe it or not it had 3 pairs of eyes over it too before publishing!!) but c'est la vie!! Here's to embracing the mistakes and moving on ;-)
