BMW F-series sway bar bushing replacement.

A brief description on how to remove and replace sway bar bushings on a BMW F30 328i.

I heard that the sway bar bushing is molded to the sway bar which means that you can't just replace the bushing without replacing the entire sway bar on this car. Heard that's a big job. Is this true?

I've seen videos where you need an engine mount to hold the engine while u take the front subframe and engine mount off
