- How does Bela his Bandeja in the World Padel Tour? Is it possible to train like a pro in padel? Or at least to learn the bandeja as Fernando Belasteguin does? I went to Emirates Padel in Abu Dhabi to follow the same methodology than the Nº1 16 years in a row!

Pues a mí me parece un gran vídeo, Pablo. No engañas a nadie y va bien ver que en una sesión es difícil asimilar y fijar lo que te intentan enseñar. Yo me quedo con que básicamente lo que te quiere transmitir el profe es que "no abras la pata" antes de golpear (creo que lo consigues en 1 o 2 veces jeje). Insisto, gran vídeo.
Jajajaja la verdad que si!! Al final te sientes incómodo cuando te intentan cambiar tu manera de bandejear, y más aún con tood ese viento! Pero sí... ni caso a lo de las piernas hacía jajajajaja
Eso de abrir la pierna antes de golpear lo hacen todos los profesionales y los no tan profesionales también, es justamente para que no se trabe la cadera al girar los hombros

The problem with these huge academies is that they are basically "factories" where training is replicated on mass . The result? Bored and unmotivated instructors like the one shown in this video.
I saw Navid a bit nervous because of the camera! But honestly, his level as a coach and human is Top 👏🏻👏🏻
