    Very good and interesting video!
    The trainer is very good in explaining and making things make sense. I play on the backhand side and one thing I will take especially from this video is the number two shot.
    Looks very effective and very little risk and it gives you plenty of time to take the net and reset. More video like this. Thanks! 👍

    • @the4Set

      Different ways to call it 😎🤣

    • @HelloPadel
      @HelloPadel Рік тому

      Kick Bandeja is the name that Mauri calls it... because as he always says, BANDEJA is a concept, not only a shot... and so he considers that the ¨Rulo¨(in spanish), is also a variation of the Bandeja just because the result or it, is an over-head shot, not risk and that will help you keeping the net position. Hope you enjoy the video. Thanks

  • @OOOOOOOKKKKKKK69

    Whats the difference between 1 and a vibora ?

    • @the4Set
      @the4Set  Рік тому +2

      Technically speaking (not how I did 🤣) in the Vibora you should give the ball much more sping hitting it on the side of the ball, the 1st bandeja is more flat!

    • @OOOOOOOKKKKKKK69
      @OOOOOOOKKKKKKK69 Рік тому

      @@the4Set does it have to do with how you hold the racket?
      Im currently crushing beginnerd with whatever im doing but i cant tell if its a vibora or a bandeja.
      Its fast just over the net and doesnt really bounce up from the glass..
      I might just be lucky xd

    • @the4Set
      @the4Set  Рік тому +1

    • @OOOOOOOKKKKKKK69
      @OOOOOOOKKKKKKK69 Рік тому

      @@the4Set Yeah I compeltely understand! I think it's a bandeja but feels as destructive as a vibora because the ppl I play with can't return it (yet) haha.
      I'm trying to really understand how to hold the racket to do both.
      The tactic from your vibora video works perfect for me though. Do see people also doing ''high'' (above the head) vibora's.. which end in the net for me :/

    • @the4Set
      @the4Set  Рік тому

      @@OOOOOOOKKKKKKK69 the contact point with the vibora is always at the height of your head and your arm neds to move forward, never just downward! I'll try to do another video talking about the vibora once I recover my elbow injury!
