Good idea a touch of whisky..bringing up the umpth a bit. Like u say use a very decent quality cider as well. I reckon youve nailed that one. Yes it defo would help using ahop/ muslim bag. Might have a go at this myself..Good Job Graeme. 🍺👍

Thanks, it was actually very nice. I honestly don't know which one I prefer, I could drink a pot of either. If you are going to try it, I hope your equipment is better than my crap! The next one will be the mulled ale, that should be fun. Cheers Dave 👍🏻🍻🙂
