I always look for the reggae bars in any town, usually near a beach, in Thailand. Great place to meet cool chilled out people both locals and tourists. My last trip I had some crazy conversations with locals at a reggae bar near Railay beach about the tsunami. Heartbreaking stuff

His father was a teacher. Mr Ra and his brothers and his sister were about the first persons I met who could speak and talk in english back at the time like in early 90’s
