Thanks for giving such a complete tutorial on your process, it's been helpful. I use two to three flashes in a similar workflow as yours, when watching the video I was caught by the fact you only use one flash! I really wondered if/how you were going to address the uneven shadows (created by the one flash), especially against the kitchen cabinet next to the two pieces of art... and you didn't? There is a huge shadow (imho) that is completely against the direction of the kitchen window. I think I'll stick to my process but do appreciate your command of PS and the detailed action setup.
