You want to leave sugar, leave carbs. Food that gets converted to glucose is the culprit not the sugar alone. Best solution is to get used to NO SUGAR. Try coffee with no sugar and try enjoying the aroma and flavor. Substitutes are not the way to go..

I have avoided suger and sugar products for the last 3 months.
I used palm sugar and coffee powder. But still the body remains with same problem. But I could see the difference in body. The mail culprit is coffee here.... I dont have an alternative for it. For the last 4 days i have stopped coffee and tea.... Only once i had sugarless milk.
