The Demolition of Residence SUNRISE, OYSTER POND / A legacy of Hurricane Irma

A few weeks ago the partial demolition of the former residence Sunrise in Oyster Pond was finalized.
Due to the authorities on the French Side that step was necessary, because in 2017 Hurricane Irma caused too much damage to the structure of the houses close to the hillside. For us it was and still is hard to see, because we lived there for 4 years and had a special relation to that place we called our own piece of paradise.
