Kay, your Channel should be the reference point for anyone who intends to post their own avionic videos ! Your clear, no-nonsense commentaries are exactly what inspires others to understand the exactly what is required to effectively communicate with the ground as well as potential viewers mid-flight !!! The Motto should be 'IT'S FUN TO FLY WITH KAY' !!! Stay safe and God Bless.
Correct! Gold standard!
@@c.a.nixiii4650 Welcome to The Kayviators Klub !!!
Agreed! 👍 As a pilot I can speak to its accuracy and proficiency with safety procedures
I have been following your channel for the past two or three months. At one level you're a joyous young woman delighting in flying, but you are also a very serious and capable pilot as well as a first-rate videographer. Hoover thinks so, too, and unlike me, he knows what he's talking about. Your vocalization of all of your checklists, your instrument readings, and your observations on your iPad and other devices and of the airspace around you really enables your viewers to feel like we are your (useless) co-pilots. Best wishes as your flying career progresses. Maybe someday I will get on commercial flight and recognize your cheerful voice making announcements as the captain on my flight.
I love to watch. I am a stroke survivor ( lived!) it’s great to watch and enjoy the ‘ competence’. Some day, I will think that fast again.❤
Such a professional and beautiful pilot. Wonderful to watch her professionalism in action! 😂😊
Thank you David!!
@@FlyWithKay Continue to be safe always first!
I totally agree. Bumpy air in a Cherokee takes the fun right out of it for me. I’m out west and deal with mtn wave turbulence all the time. 🙄
Mountain waves are the worst. 😮
Kay, thanks for taking us along, always a pleasure.
Smart, perky, gorgeous and sweet….
I think I am in Limerence!😊
Congrats Kay looking forward to new adventures in that Bluebonnet Beauty!! Or maybe the Bluebonnet Special!!
Kay, thanks for taking us along new adventures. Please keep on publishing these UA-cam movies!
thanks Kay love flying with you!
Kay, I wish you could show us more of your preflight checks like checking engine oil, sumping fuel tanks etc. I just think it would be interesting to see everything that goes into preflight. Thanks for taking us along and explaining what's going on along the way!
Hey Kay, following you for a while now, and sometimes re-flying your flights in the fs2020. Please keep on publishing these UA-cam movies! I am enjoying them a lot and hope to see you continue them in your new plane as well. The uplifting content always brings a smile on my face as I share your passion for flying GA. Thanks for the good time you give.
I love that your plane starting sounds like an old Buick in the winter.
Thank-you as always, Kay! Love living vicariously through you! Hope to meet you one day to talk aviation!
Thanks for the enjoyable flight Kay!We all love flying with you, have a great night! sweetheart!!
Thanks for the video. Great as always!
I referred my first cousin to your videos. His middle daughter got a discovery flight last weekend in North Carolina and loved it. She wants to get her pilot certification. She is 15 years old and very enthused to fly. You have great illustrations to teach the precisional approach to gaining her dream. Thank you for your dedication in what you do. Hopefully, she can set good standards in the cockpit as do you.
Always a good day flying with Kay.
Enjoy flying with you!
I love flying with Kaye, I've learned so much.
Watch Peaky Blinders an Ozark if you haven't already
As enjoyable as ever, thanks Kay.😊
Even though I'm not a pilot I can't be one I'm disabled because I love this content it's interesting to me
I started watching it when I was undergoing treatment and I enjoyed it I continue to watch it thank you for putting these lights out
Great flight and video Thanks Kay!!
After 48+ years in the aerospace industry (mostly military, some commercial), it's fun to "ride along" and get a better understanding of the general aviation community.
Kay I love your content. You are informative and excited about flying I cant wait until you get your new plane.
Hi Kay wow yet another great video and it is like we are in the plane. Please bring more.

I sure enjoy "Flying With Kay," your so cheerful, personable, & upbeat - you always cheer me up and I lose the blues afterwards.

Thanks for taking me along as a passenger, Kay. It's always an adventure.
I really enjoyed flying with you in this video. Youre a great pilot.
Thank you!
You're Amazing. Love to relax with a cocktail and watch your videos.
Nice video, love all your camera angles and how you explain things. Great landing in the slight wind. Thanks for sharing.
this is so entertaining! Thanks❤
Yet another interesting and excellent video. Thank you Kay for uploading it. I admit that you (or at least your videos!) now have a keen follower in me as you have me hooked. Keep posting!
Love your videos! They are concise and to the point as far as how a secure pilot should approach flying. My wife gave me a blank check for flying lessons for college graduation in 1978. I was shortly after diagnosed as an insulin dependent diabetic. Have never been able to pursue the dream of becoming a pilot. My dream is being partially fulfilled through great pilots like you who use UA-cam.
What a Gal, interesting watching and listening. Will be sharing with many….thank you!
Just found your channel, Kay, and really enjoy your content..not to mention your infectious bubbly personality! 😁 Many years ago (35-ish), I achieved my SEL-I certification then essentially stopped flying due to the cost. Your channel really brings back warm memories, so I fly vicariously through you. Keep same and have fun!
Can’t wait to see your future flights!
Kay you are a good and confident Pilot. I enjoy your videos.
I could watch your vidios everyday! Thank you and be safe!

Can I get a round of applause? You crack me up, Love your videos!
I’m picking up a Bellanca this weekend! My first airplane purchase. Long and difficult road to get to this point.
Be safe!
I got my first airplane three years ago and it was a very difficult process.
Love the channel, and i feel safe Flying with Kay! :) ❤💯🙏
Another great video Kay. I'm all caught up watching your videos now so I have to wait a whole week to see your new ones. I learn so much watching your videos and listening to you explain so well. I just fly on Microsoft Flight simulator, but, I still pick up so many little tips along the way. Thank You.
You’re welcome! Don’t worry, the new vids will be worth the wait😎
Was fun to watch you fly!! Cool!!
Great video Kay! As always way to be safe yet still make all your videos fun to watch! Hope to maybe meet you at Oshkosh this summer!

"Kayviator Airlines", love that! ❤
Looking forward to your upcoming flying adventures with your new plane and the mysterious other plane!
Watching this nice video made time fly as well! 😊
love your videos !
Just finished 2 flights with you. Great job, really enjoyed your ATC conversations and I specially liked your return to base to investigate a fuel burn discrepancy. I would fly right seat with you any time
always fun to fly with you Kay
Nice trip. Thanks.
First time to comment. I love your safety and how much you love to fly. I really like your radio chatter and how your so clean with what you say. Little red takes care of you and you take care of her. As you grow don't forget where you came from and how you got there.
Really enjoyed this flight. Curious- what are the plans for Big Red- 1. Sell to your friends/budding aviation students, 2. Keep for backup, 3. Sell to Pops, Etc….
Nice landing back at Sugarlands
Love your videos
Enjoying all the videos. I had a ‘63 Cherokee 180. Fun planes!!
An oldie but goodie is "Dirty Mary Crazy Larry" Action Action Action and the ending is to die for!
love to watch you fly
Are you flying the twin to Oshkosh this year? Looking forward to your new adventures! As a pilot (for 34 years) and Cherokee 180 owner, I'm always learning especially by watching others and how they handle similar flight situations.
Nice flight, thanks for the ride. :)
Lookin' good Kay
New to your channel and enjoyed the trip with you, great job young lady.
Absolutely Gorgeous! oh and the plane and view aren't bad either :)
Loved the video of the ATC and you going back and forth about the Fantastic Cherokee. As for what to binge watch. Yellow Stone.
You're awesome, safe and cute !
Great flight beautiful pilot lady. Looking forward to the next one. Stay stunning. Roger out.
BEAUTIFUL!
Thanks for another outstanding video. Just a little bouncy, bouncy in that flight. Absolutely love your videos and your smiley face. Can't wait to see your next video in your new twin and your friend and can't forget Pops.
You'll see Pops more in my new airplane as we work out all the avionics. Coming soon!
Hi Kay, it was great flying with you back to Sugarland as always you did a great job flying and I hope one day I get a chance to say hello because I’m always driving by the airport. So take care
Your videos are very well made and very well edited. Even when you fly solo the feel is as if we the viewers are in Lil Red with you on the journey. Again, very well done!
For sure Kay your videos should be required watching for new young pilots. From watching you write on your kneeboard to hearing how you interact with ATC. Really impressive and right on! Thanks for your videos! PROMO-ing you on my Flight Sim Stream would love to interview you sometime live!
Keep up the GREAT WORK! Capn' Jack
Wow, thank you!
I went solo in a C-152 a month ago and have only gone solo for one more circuit since then lol. But each time I fly now I think of your videos and try to embody how you are as a pilot, if that makes sense. Knowing your airplane, flying smart, the way you talk about the processes and flying in general :). Hope to get my PPL one day (although that's lowkey in like 7 years time hahaha). But I look forward to slowly learning more and soaring the skies more frequently!
NCIS (original and the spinoffs). The storylines are gold and is my go-to.
Your incredible!
You're such a pro.
Your So Cool Flying out ❤
You are such a great teacher of ATC communication. My CFI told me it is easy to fly, which I found true, but it takes time to become a pilot, which I found very true. I found I spoke too slowly to feel comfortable around controlled airports even though my flying reflexes were excellent. So I switched from Light Sport fixed wing to Trikes, which can also be flown under FAR 103 rules--and they have better 'air conditioning' on hot days as long as u do not fear your legs dangling with only air below u.
I never did, I always felt safe and since my arms provided hydraulic feedback to the trapeze I was not worried about hydraulic or electrical failure but always flew within range of the airstrip in case of an engine outage and I flew at a high enough altitude in case I had to glide back, which I never did. The only in flight emergency I ever had was when an unexpected gust front came from the east towards Double Eagle airport near Albuquerque. Luckily I was flying with the trike's owner and he, with my help on the trapeze, declared an emergency landing to the uncontrolled airport and we were able to land into the strong wind.
I remember him asking me if I was OK during our 'scare in the air' and I felt fine. I knew our brainpower, like the brainpower u show, would get us home and felt calm and responded to the emergency as my fixed wing and trike CFI''s taught me too, just like my Dad taught me when I learned to drive.
I like your movie tastes and a bit of movie trivia, in 89 I became friends with the screenplay writer, Larry Ferguson, of the movie 'Hunt for Red October' when he visited a resort I helped manage in the Napa Valley. He invited me to privately tour Paramount which I did on my birthday in 89, and I got to visit the set of the movie during filming of one of the sub scenes, I got to sit on the bridge and visit Picard's quarters on NCC-1701-D, the Enterprise of 'Star Trek, The Next Generation', and last, I was behind one of the cameras when Entertainment Tonight filmed their tribute and celebration of Gilda Radner's life, she had passed the day before my birthday in 89.
After my very special visit of course I went to Disneyland, experiencing their Skyride for the last time, which used to go thru the Matterhorn to Tomorrowland.
You are such a good teacher as u fly, which is why I feel so many folks find your videos so enjoyable.
When i first heard the Dissturbed version t took my breath away. The words are more true today then back in the 60"s.
I'll give it a listen!
New to your channel. That was a very nice flight, I will be watching all your videos 😊.
Found you on Pilot Debrief and now subscribing to your channel.
Just played and sang "Sounds of Silence" at our jam this evening.
All the best to you and yours.
Same to you!
Yes I Enjoy listening To U and watching You Fly hope to be a new found Friend 😊
It is so much fun flying with you Kay. Looking forward to seeing you flying your new plane and the mysterious plane you have up your sleeve. 😍
I caught that, too. She just got a Seneca, and now she's got ANOTHER new plane? At this point, I'm thinking either Debonair, V-tail Bonanza, Velocity XL, King Air, P180 Avanti, Cirrus Vision Jet, or 737-200.
@@johnpooky84 737-200 🤣… I could go with the others as well!
The Sound of Silence, Simon and Garfunkle. I like your autopilot. It doesn't kick off in the bumps. I flew from Moriarity, NM to Farmington, NM in a C172RG (not the Cardinal) and the autopilot would not stay engaged for most of the trip.
Kay, you’re the best pilot ever and soo cute. now I fell 💯 percent safe if you were the pilot of my flight thank you for sharing. Godbless
The answer is The Sound of Silence by Disturbed/Simon & Garfunkel. Lol. Love your videos. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to see you flying the Seneca soon.
