Hey doll 👋🏾 the only time I ever cooked tripe was when I made menudo soup.. I just washed it really good and boiled it twice then seasoned it n I never cooked cow feet before but I have tasted it n it was pretty good 😊
I can tell u ain’t from the country… let me explain to u honey .. collards takes hours to cook I cooked mustard and turnip which whenever there’s a hard freeze in winter right in between seasons u will find that turnip and mustard greens will cook in half the time as your collards which most northern folks cook .. I been cooking since I was 11 I can show u a thing or two love not getting sassy just putting u up on southern game ❤️
