Due to no surgery's while Covid is here I'm waiting to have 2 knee replacements and my days of pushing or pulling a trailer are over. What a brilliant product and now to find a supplier who sells quality versions of these in Australia.
My boss bought one of these for moving our trailer-mounted boom lift in and out of buildings when needed. It's so quiet and easy to control you can use it in a church (Which is good, because that's where we use the boom lift most.)
People don't realize this isn't to help you back into easy spots that you could with your truck its to help you move a trailer into tight spots that you could never get in or out of with a tow vehicle. I want to get one because I have a great covered spot for my travel trailer but its between my house and my shed and i couldn't get it in there with my truck but with this i could easily.
Some negative comments here, but I think it's cool. There are times when the parking spot is pretty tight and this insures safe positioning. One dent in a trailer would pay for it
We've been wanting to get a trailer but we don't have a dedicated parking spot in our house. We have the side lot but there's a post that's made the tight spot even more difficult to park a trailer. Now just learning about this and doing research. This may make my dream come true!
Try backing a trailer that is 23 feet long and a tacoma pickup with obstacles all around you. Trust me...this motor dolly is the cats ass. There are other units available and they are all good to use.
I could see this. If you were in a critical situation, but if you can't back a trailer, you don't need to pull one, plus, the longer the trailer, the easier it is to back in
I have a narrow back alley and there is not enough room to maneuver my truck and trailer. I have a manual crank dolly that gets the job done but with quite a bit of effort as the wheels are small and don't get good traction on gravel. I may have to consider this in the future.
I tow a 28 ft race car trailer behind a 37 ft motorohome. I bought a unit for those times when you get yourself into a jam and cant turn around. I can back up the trailer but sometimes it's really difficult behind the moho. I was disappointed to find out that the unit does not come with the battery box/mount. It wast very clear on the site when I purchased it. And then I didn't get great help from them. They were kind of arrogant about it.
Hi RJ, Thanks for letting us know about your situation. Please give us a call and we should be able to help you get some of the issues sorted out. 1888 926 5517 ext 4
Once you plug your trailer brakes into the unit, the trailers brakes will be applied automatically when you are not sending forward or reverse power to the unit.
I bought a 10ft motorcycle trailer from my friend. He gave me one and it had the front arms and wheel with the trailer. It is very slow. But works great.
never seen them used off road like dirt not everybody has 60 feet of concrete and need to go into a yard or even dirt. So why don’t you use it kinda like in a real situation or are you afraid of the end results?
you couldn't back down my back drive with it's compound curves and obstacles (buildings, fence, gates, etc that can't be seen in any mirrors when the truck is jacked around making the turns without getting out to check clearances. .
I bought one and I rent it out to help bring the cost down...could easily have a part time business...many times a tow vehicle can't do what the Parkit 360 does.
even a simple enough video like this, the commenters make me weep for humanity and how dumb they have become. hurrr durrr just learn to drive hurrrr... shake my damn head
I didn't need it until now. Now my back lane got too narrow to maneuver with the truck(sharp90* turn to backyard) Thats the reason I am considering buying it.
If you cant back your vehicle to the trailer, you have no business pulling a trailer. I can back an 8" flatbed utility trailer (freaking wobbly as hell) to a 53 foot big trailer with a sleeper cab into a space with 3" on either side in a crowded drop yard! (Parking lot where empty trailers a dropped off).
Record and post video making also very sharp 90* turn. Like from tight back alley onto backyard. Its not for every use, its to help with some extreme occasions. I tow trailers for 20 years and never needed it, and now I am considering this option
Open your mind and think about a parking situation where the tow vehicle can't be used...that is where this device becomes a life saver...just an example...you can use it to tow a trailer into a garage, nose in...cant do that with a tow vehicle.

We have a distributer in Australia! Check out parkit360.com.au/

did you get one?
@@brianmorel No I ended up moving and my new house has a covered rv spot that I can easily back into.

Does it only work on flat ground?
Force models are recommended to handle up to a maximum 6% grade incline.

Ok, sounds good. Let us know if we can help you with anything
Got this Image in my head of "Bubbles" from trailer park boys and his go-cart towing this behind him!!! lol.
Lmao 😂
Muy buenos inventos
is that dolly as slow as it looks? isn’t there a higher gear? damn take forever to move a trailer any distance

wow by the time I've put all that together im sure I would have been able to reverse the trailer in
I have a truck to move my trailer. Pulls it down the road too!
What if the trailer takes off, how do you apply brakes to stop it?
Once you plug your trailer brakes into the unit, the trailers brakes will be applied automatically when you are not sending forward or reverse power to the unit.
@@Parkit360 Thank you
Cuanto cuesta
Does it brake going down hill?
where can i get one, can it move 10,000 lbs.?
Yes
What is the weight of the Parkit360?
Thanks. It weighs too much for me to handle.
For people that back a trailer
I can see how helpful this could be but is it always that slow? Seems like it would take 30 minutes just to move across the parking lot.
Sozo it's meant to move it into tight spaces not to actually use it as a truck.
I bought a 10ft motorcycle trailer from my friend. He gave me one and it had the front arms and wheel with the trailer. It is very slow. But works great.
Just the time it took to get it out of the car and put together I would have had it moved with truck...
Lankster Price you’re so much smarter than the rest of us. Thanks for your input
How does it perform up a grass hill?
The unit will on grades up to 6%. The biggest factor will be ensuring you have at least 10% of your gross weight on the tongue.
Не пойму а почему так сильно извращаться, а не просто подъехать к трейлеру задним ходом ?
Точно.
again, what is the price of this unit ???
Hans Rippe $1,300 USD

why not just learn to park a trailer
doesn't mean somsone doesn't know. just some trucks are too big. mine is bigger than my RV
you couldn't back down my back drive with it's compound curves and obstacles (buildings, fence, gates, etc that can't be seen in any mirrors when the truck is jacked around making the turns without getting out to check clearances. .
dove si compra?
How much for this ?
Does it have a break?
You mean a brake
$1,300 USD
try looking across the pond to the uk and Europe before designing stuff! There are significantly better products for that job here!
Looks like something to rent hourly instead of purchase.
I bought one and I rent it out to help bring the cost down...could easily have a part time business...many times a tow vehicle can't do what the Parkit 360 does.
Seriously, who would add that weight to the car or caravan when touring. Get a lightweight motor mover fitted...
Lose the music...
приспособление для тех, кто купил права......
Too slow... Repetive jingle drove me crazy....
Why??
Y en una bajada, quién para a ese bicho...
A nie prościej było by się nauczyć manewrowania z przyczepą
Next time use a car.
I am your big fan butt I am poor man please help me from Pakistan
a lot of effort for a problem that does not exist
too big,too slow better park with car
not as good as the RVR
Looks like more hassle then just learning how to back it in your slot with your truck.if you can't do that don't need too drive..
Mucha haraganería
even a simple enough video like this, the commenters make me weep for humanity and how dumb they have become. hurrr durrr just learn to drive hurrrr... shake my damn head
Would be a white guy
..
jeez, typical americans
too slow
craig p shut up. This is technic.
more ridiculous and unnecessary background music
Slow park
Perhaps some will like it. Looks like more junk to me.
FAIL !!
Over priced!
If you can't back a trailer up don't buy one.
I didn't need it until now. Now my back lane got too narrow to maneuver with the truck(sharp90* turn to backyard) Thats the reason I am considering buying it.
To big. To heavy and to low. Unpractical.
