Remind me the guy sleeping at night close to the colosseum. Since there’s bomb barrels close to him, hi put all those right beside him (and spawn an other one with my Ganondorf amiibo) then blow it up with a 5 shot bow, just to see him still asleep after all that. I thought it was so funny the first time.

"Remove metallic equipment to transfer all lightning damage to the enemy" Oh, that explains why I once had a Yiga Blademaster that was following me get KO'd instantly when I was running through a thunderstorm.
You mentioned the stacked splash damage of multi shot bomb arrows are nerfed, does freezing an enemy before hitting them with a multi shot bomb change much? Like, does only one of those explosions get tripled, while the others (even if splash damage, not direct hits) don’t? Or can the explosions happen close enough together that you can get multiple shots triple damage?
The first explosion will shatter them for the triple damage, then the other gets applied afterwards! So you're still getting at least another 48 damage this way

Idk where to put this, but if you ever do another compilation of questions: How does damage work with stasis? Do enemies take the same damage regardless of the stasised object? If hit with a certain weapon does that change the damage done to a struck enemy? (I'm talking about stasising an object, then that object collides with an enemy)
Unrelated to the video but I really hope that BotW2 will be just as or more difficult then BotW. The difficulty is what made is so much fun in the first place so really hoping they retain it and improve on it, making end game harder as well.
I can't wait to see this series again but with breath of the wild 2. Changes, tweaks, overhauls, and things that weren't changed at all even if they should have been, haha.
These videos always teach me more and are the reason I was able to be the game using only rito gear! I wouldn't have been able to beat Fireblight if I didn't know that burning weapons wouldn't take consecutive damage until the time ran out. I can't wait to see you attempt the same run!

Thank you! I did in my mythbusting videos, fire doesn't impact weapons durability directly, but after 60sec of continuous flame it will insta break! Arrows are the same but it's only 10sec

i dunno when but after a certain point i stopped using bomb arrows on my bows just because i noticed that it lacked compared to somethin like shock arrows or fire arrows. i jusst naturally drifted away from bomb arrows but i still grinded the shit outta them lol
Question If you somehow get the lightning helm before the camel blight( either by modding or glitches im not sure) could you theoretically just walk into the camels storm and not be harmed?
Just a note about lightning: I remember trying to take out a Skywatcher Guardian using lightning striking a Magnesis-controlling object, but it only did 1 damage. What's up with that? I also seem to recall Lynels not taking lightning damage (they "jump out of the way") or something. What happens with a Hinox? Really informative on all the things you covered, and really concise.
5:00 what if you wet yourself with a chuuchuu jelly ? how will the explosion and flames affect you? as well as if you're frozen? how much less dmg do you get when frozen from explosion/flames/burning?
I’m a lynel hunter tip for master mode players just use the hylian shield on the lynel blasts and when they do fireballs just equip flame breaker armour :/
Thus Video gives me the feeling that we need a Defence effect against Expplotion Damage (like Blasst Protection from Minecraft). I hooe they add it in BotW 2 because we saw like this fancy flame thrower thingy sooo they might get a bit experimentell wirh the engineering or somwthing. Anyway great Video, and Keeper up the good work. PS secret tip if yoj ran out of Subjekts to tall about, (well at least I am interested) hiw the System behindert sneakung works with the sbeaking Effekt and the noice which links gives of, the rain qhich makes it difficulter to hear link and the range different enemys. You missed something: White and Silver Lynels' explosions have different damage values. What I could find says they do 97 and 111 damage respectively, but it says 216 for Gold so that probably included the fire damage- I'm not sure if it's 6 for the others too. I'm also curious if the attack value of the weapon used makes a difference.
I tested out the silver lynels too and 6 of it IS fire damage - and you are correct about them being 111. I haven't properly tested out whites before but that sounds about right!

It's also important to note certain enemies take reduced bomb damage. Such as guardians and calamity. Calamity takes 0.8 bomb damage
I've played this game for probably 400+ hours and feel like I've only scratched the surface.

What I think is really amazing about botw is how intricate all it's systems and mechanics are yet how simple it always feels.

The best defense against the Lynel boom is Stasis+.
