This are the first exercises I tried for my SI after birthing my 3rd child and I already feel the management of the pain. I am very grateful I found your video. Thank you 😊
Yep been suffering for 18months seen orthopaedic surgeon, physio and neurologist. First had no pain just tingling into feet and leg weakness/cramps. First thing was discs or facet joint issues. 3 MRIs and never conduction test were negative for nerve compression. Although I do have disc degeneration. Pain is now in my pelvis and outer hip, worse at night. Now starting on both sides not just my right side. It’s sharp, burning and uncomfortable. All around my iliac crest and hip. Loss lots of weight that has helped. Brisk walking and side sleeping makes it worse. Now going to see a rheumatologist. I hope it’s not arthritis 😢

I have been back and forth with rheumatologists and nobody seems to know ehats up, I used to powerlift an move heavy weights. After pausing for a few years I got back in and I think I've overdone it. Since then my si joints are killing me, it even shows up on mri. The doctors say it does not look like arthritis at all i hope the right exercise will fiy is
This is generic routine for SIJ. It seems you have had a chronic pain, and you need more than just exercises. I’ll be happy to help if you would be interested to get a customised plan. Bob
Is it possible to live a normal life after the disc problem is solved, such as weight lifting, heavy work or even all kinds of work is possible 100% Yes or No
Hey, I have L4-L5 ,L5 -S1 disc bulge and loss of lumbar lordosis on L4-L5 And i did physiotherapy and i get relief little bit but i feel stiffness on my lower back. What causes stiffness muscle bone or something else ?
IMPRESSION: *Bilateral lumbarisation of S1 vertebra *Paramedian and foraminal broad based protrusion at L5/S1 with indentationon thecal sac, both neural foramina and abutting the exiting nerve root. * Diffuse annular bulge at L4-L5 and S1-52 with indentation on thecal sac.. Screening of rest of the spine: *Loss of cervical lordosis *Screening of sacro-iliac joint appears normal. Is this curable. My pain increasing when standing, walking and forward bending.

May not want to stretch if issue is lack of stability due to excessive stretch already.

You can 😃💪 how is the rehab plan so far ?
I e been diagnosed with sacroilitis, with erosion and edema, thickening of the cartilage 😢
Are you following any rehab plan ? If not follow this routine 👍💪
Hi Bob!same condition here. I was misdiagnosed for 3 years. Now i am diagnosed with same case. Is this condition may improveed with exercises?
For Pain management sometimes you need injection to calm down the inflammation in the acute phase & along side with that exercise can help.
