Service Parts Used:
Air Filter - Bosch S0492
Oil Filter - Bosch P9249
Oil - Shell Helix Ultra 5w/30 (5ltr and a 1ltr)

Hi, I have exactly the same Focus and going to service it this weekend. Do you know what the torque setting is for the sump plug please? I’ve searched and I think it’s 27nm but just want to be sure. Thanks.

Tbh I never torque the sump plug 🫣 just do it tight but not over tight.

Hay man, I’m having a real issue finding the location of the oil pressure sensor on this engine, would you know the location of the sensor for the oil pressure switch ? Thanks in advance

Its not something ive replaced on mine, but I believe (could be wrong tho) its under the out side air pipe from the airbox (right side of the engine). So if you remove that youll see the gearbox area (hope that makes sense) in that area. Its an electrical plug/sensor - not sure if any other sensors down there. Sorry I cant be much help. If theres 2/3 I guess you could always pop them out to see if they match the new part design.

It's easier to take off the intake on the right and move it to the side to gain more space it's only a few bolts and yes it's easier with the tool defo.

Hi, thanks for this tutorial , you made everything crystal clear, i am about to replace my 2.0 mk3 front suspensions, and want you to tel me what ref should i use cuz i found too many refs on the web with too many prices for the same constructor, like for bilstein i found too many refs with different pricing and i dont know witch one is the wright one.
