Thank you for another tutorial!!! I just wanted to say, I followed along as you were teaching, and discovered that you can get rid of the face and the sprinkles by clicking on the contour button when the cupcake is selected!!!! Saved a little time :) You said you use Illustrator to design most of the time? Is it easier than Design Space? DS seems so limited and difficult, I'm thinking I need to check into another program like Illustrator or Canva or Inkscape??? Do you have any experience with Canva or Inkscape? THANKS AGAIN for another great video💜
I always forget about the contour button. Then when I remember it, the design doesn't work in that way. Go figure. Way back in 2009 or so, I started teaching myself Illustrator. Design Space is like a watered down clunky version of Illustrator. If you want to make most of your own designs, then it would be worth it. The cost is $29.99 a month (that's what my plan is anyway...there might be ways to get it a little cheaper). I haven't tried designing in Canva. For the exact same reason that I don't really design in DS. Inkscape might work well. I learned Illustrator and just stuck to it. I used to live in a very rural area so internet and Inkscape weren't an option. Always happy to help if you have questions along the way :)
Very good idea for designing! Thanks!
