This was the absolute BEST video to help me understand all the diff options. I've been soooo confused and lost lots of material through trial and error. Thank you for being so clear with your examples. The sticky notes on the screen were my favorite 😊

Thank you so much! This helped a lot!
Glad it helped! Looking forward to creating a new one with their updated features that mimic illustrator. Cricut is certainly stepping up their in program software options to help crafters.
Thank you for this tutorial. It has helped me a lot. New subscriber. 😊😊😊
This was the best explanation of these features that I have seen. I have watched several videos on this and gotten good tips. However, you showing it on your screen in a way to compare. The different options were so helpful. Thank you.
I am so glad that it helped! I will have a new video on Monday going up about their combined feature - "exclude, intersect, unite, and subtract. :D
@@svgbyamI definitely need that too. My current method is jus clicking and undoing until I figure out what works.
I want you to know I have watched so many videos and this is the best explanation I have seen! Def earned a sub and a like from me today. Thank you 🙏

I created a circle label that contains 3 colors and I will fill my sticker sheet up with duplicates is flatten the way to make this sheet one color at a time?
Sorry, I kept getting distracted by your beauty. I loved the video a lot of good information. That's one reason I don't use my Cricut that much is because of Design Space. It can be complicated just for the fact you can do the same thing 3 different ways, but if your looking for a specific outcome you need to do it that one specific way. They whole software needs a re-design.
I did copied and pasted all but Wen I right click i dont the group option
I bought an SVG from Etsy and it has a multi layered leopard print pencil. I have leopard print vinyl. How can I get the pencils to cut as one piece, rather than tiny individual pieces?
Can you send me a link to the SVG so I can take a look and see what you mean :)
Loved the video. You might try to stop continually waving your hands all over the place. ❤
I'm sorry it bothered you - unfortunately that's one of things that I can't really help 😅
Can someone help me? I’m new to using the Cricut and I bought an SVG file off of Etsy that I want to print on a shirt. (It’s 2 colors red and black . ) I wanted to add my name to the file to match the red color . I added the name to the file in canva and I uploaded it to design space as an svg. When I go to complete the project (To the next step “ make” )the black cut on the grid looks ok but the name I put in canva for the red cut is now separated from the image and the letters are set off to the side in a random order. Can someone tell me how I can make the two red images print together and in the way I positioned them on the image? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I have found Cricut super complicated and frustrating to use.
I agree 😮
Oh no! I am so sorry. Is there anything that I can do to help you ease the struggle?
@@svgbyam I just wish there was some type of glossary somewhere defining all the different options with pictures showing what each does. The ones that I have seen have words that are jargon to Cricut so it doesn't really help..... Also, as I work on projects, some of the functions start getting grayed out and I'm not able to use them... I must be doing something that makes that happen..... I have spent very long hours watching videos and there is too much info and it's hard to put it all together... Anyway, not your fault.... Thanks.
Agreed! I have a hard time when the options are greyed out.
Don't give up. It takes time but it's so worth it.
This video I'll have to save and watch later and after afew failed and successful projects, probably be able to understand what you mean exactly, as I'm not sure what these tools mean on design space but so glad you made a video discussing them.. for me I'm more visual so i3m still lost for now. 😂 Off topic.. you have very beautiful color eyes with egg whites and I could watch them all day, lol.😮
You also seem so deeply kind loving and friendly and the world needs a billion of you everywhere!
Thanks 28NOV23
