Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” & finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this UA-cam channel to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling! So we extended our 1 year trip to now FOUR years :) Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before 2020! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)
Good Morning, 7:45am here in Las Vegas and the students are busy taking the AP World History mid-term exam before Christmas break...While I look out at all the sad faces of concentration, I am watching my favorite travelers... I plugged in the headphones and chill....at least for an hour or so when I have to get to work grading essays and stuff....

This Chiang Mai series inspired me to spend one month in Chiang Mai last summer, and my goal was to visit all 13 places on this video + the Sunday Night Market. I tried all of them and I can absolutely confirm they were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The chicken man and the Khao Soi quickly became my all time favorites, thank you so so SO much for this guide, it truly was one of the highlights of my trip! The Sunday night Market was a blast with amazing food options as far as the eye could see. You captured the essence of this city beautifully and you are the reason Thailand has quickly become one of my top holiday destinations. Well done guys!
Just discovered you guys a few days ago and I've already watched 50+ videos. You two! I discovered you about a month ago, and have been watching two or three of your videos daily since then. Tonight, I decided to go to other providers. I did a Mark Wiens, a Jeb Brooks, a Paul Lucas - which took him to Chiang Mai. I remembered many Chiang Mai food videos I'd seen, so I did a search - and there you are again. You are everywhere! Love it!

Glad to hear you guys love Thailand! I'm from Bangkok and I couldn't agree more about all of your favorite Thai foods (since I also love most of them haha). The mango sticky rice is definitely on the top of my list as well! There's a place in Bangkok that is renowned among both locals and tourists! If you get a chance to be back in Bangkok any time in the future, I suggest you try Mae Varee Mango Sticky Rice! I enjoy learning something new everyday as I follow you on your adventures! Chiang Mai is our favorite place in Thailand too! We also went to that same cooking school and had so much fun. Watching your old Thai vlogs brought back so many good memories. Especially mango sticky rice. 'Nuff said. I am drooling here.

Wow another great Video! Thanks to your first Chaing Mai Video we went last summer and tried Khao Soi at the place with no name and loved it. We also went to the Thai Cooking School and cooked with May. We had such a good time that we are going back this summer and adding Singapore and 4 cities in China this go round. Currently sitting at the Kabab house Indian restaurant and am so glad that I came 😭seriously some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had! Especially the butter curry and the garlic naan bread! My friend and I walked in and instantly saw and pointed at your photo on the wall and the owner looked so happy. He’s the sweetest man and was happy to show us the new photo that you guys took a year ago. He told us he has someone come in everyday because of this video. Thank you so much for the suggestion because would never have found this place otherwise :)))

As a Thai people, this is so ordinary for us to find such these foods around Thailand, not only Chaingmai, but you made this VDO and turned all the foods look more interesting which is great, I even feel hungry after watching it. I just had Thai lamb (I hope that I am spelling that correctly) at an Asian pop up night market in Houston, Texas. Thank y'all so much for this recommendation! It is literally the best thing that I have ever tasted. The flavors exploded on my palate, and the heat level spoke to my soul. I can't wait to taste it in Chiang Mai next April.

love food tours.. its the best way to get to know every city... and culture.. i been to 2 restaurants on your list: Kebab house (best Indian food....love the thai twist of flavors in their food, the Naan is the best), and love the Sunday Night Market.. so many options, probably size of 3 football fields and getting lost is great. you had cockroach, i had crocodile meat, which was tasty.
All of this food looks incredible.
