I also follow same measurement for Khali/set dosa. It turns out very good. But I mix a spoon of sugar and a spoon of maida in little curd and add it dosa batter 30mins before making dosa.

Mam what's the difference between khaaali dosa, set dosa, Davanagere benne dosa. Can we make all dosa with same batter. Show us one batter for all these mam. Please.

Yes we can make with same batter. Usually recipe changes from hotel to hotel
some hotels they add puffed rice to get softness
and some hotels they add kusubalakki to get softness
with the same batter you can prepare all these types of dosas
1. set dosa, 3 small dosa
2. davanagere benne dosa, lot of butter is added while preparing dosa
3. khaali dosa, no oil, butter, ghee. just plain, usually big in size
