I saw in live video that When highcourt issue the notice to respondent, court will say that learned council for respondent 1 accept the notice,why judge is saying that ??Why highcourt directly not issuing the notice to any authority??and after accepting notice by learned council what they will do?what are the stages of hearing in highcourt for writ petition?whether highcourt admit all the cases in preliminary hearing?? Please explain sir

Unless and until you're the real owner and your under absolute enjoyment and possession there is always a risk . My Story:- My Grandfather (Father dad) gifted his self acquired property to my mother for taking care of him well and it's been more than a decade and since then on records my mother is absolute owner and we had given the land to be cultivated to my uncle and now other cousins has filed a case saying we are under possession and it's a joint family property and they down have any proff other than a picture which they had taken when we were not in present and they started giving us trouble so we filed a injunction suit in court unfortunately court rejected the application. And yes we have gone for an appeal but we have wasted up to a lakh for court and energy as well for being humble. And still fighting for injunction. So it's always better to be safe and legal
