I have been asked to create a project in Adobe Acrobrat that consists of using many files using a lot of hyperlinks. Is there a way to hide or group the files in the thumbnail section into folders? If the learner views according to the thumbnails it will not make sense, it needs to be viewed from the actual document. I have been looking for this answer for a week. Thanks!

Try refreshing the screen. If it doesn't solve, restart once and check again.
Normal size software for thumbnail show
Adobe Reader is pretty light weight. But if you're using a different PDF reader, please do let me know. I'll try to solve the issue for that.
