Thanks so muchly. My Galaxy Watch 4 Classic had 4 dots spinning around and would not get past that point on reboot. A wipe cache failed, but a factory rest resolved the issue and now back to normal. Thanks heaps dude.

What if I tried all the hacks and my phone is still not rebooting? I've had it sitting on the charger all day.....Does it matter if the watch cord is not plugged into the samsung charger box
Also would like to add: make sure your charger brick is the correct voltage to charge your watch. Mine gave me a hard time trying to charge it. Fresh outta the box. No logo, no charging signals at all. Tried charging on my laptop and made it with no further problem. If you wonder: I was using a quick charge 21w brick before trying connecting to laptop
I just went thru the same problem and i took it to Samsung, easy solved; the problem is battery dying to change it its only $65 at Samsung repair center

Something strange started happening with my galaxy watch 4. After sometime of full charge, my mobile is going into blank screen with some vibration in between. I tried all the ways mentioned above but I did not get any display. If I leave the watch like that for few hours or so, may be after the battery is completely drained or so, I can see the display showing 0% battery. After that I can charge and use the watch. I tried resetting the watch to get away from this problem and it did not solve the original problem but it introduced GPS issue where watch is not picking up GPS signal at all. Looking for any quick help here...if not I will plan to take it to service center.
I hold both buttons down and it says reboot and goes back to the home screen of the watch. I need to go to the menu where the factory setting is at. Does anyone know what can I do? The watch is in black and white.

What if the screen won't turn on at all ? I can feel it vibrate, tried everything but still black screen
so what if my watch never shows a samsung screen, mine will vibrate but no screen with samsung, and I've held it for a minute or longer

What is the problem when your fix doesn't work?
My phone kept saying rebooting before it went black. When I charge it I do get some static lines.
Garbage video. The screen doesn't show the Samsung logo when powering on or off. Can't do any of what is listed.
