Hi everybody!! Well what can I say!! I’m absolutely overwhelmed by how many lovely, positive comments I’ve had , and how many of you came over from deano’s channel! I’m just in shock, I want to be able to say thank you to each and everyone of you for taking the time out of your day to look through my channel and leaving all these lovely comments. Il do my very best to reply to you all! I’m going to make a quick video tomorrow and post it before my next farm video uploads, just so I can say thank you properly! Thank you all again! It’s just been the most amazing day! Take care of yourselves and I’ll see you tomorrow!! :)
They really are a lovely tool! We’ve been really pleased with them so far, there a pleasure to use! It’s lovely soil when it’s damp, if it’s to wet it’s evil, and will swallow a quadtrac in one mouthful lol
Never thought you could turn on a headland like that with 12 meters i am impressed so easy, and yes i am also a 1050 fan one of the few modern tractors that really interest me. another enjoyable video Jonny nice work.
I really do love the 1050. There is nothing out there like it, when we first demo’d the tractor, it completely blew me away, it was nothing like I expected. The facts and figures about its engine and transmission are mind boggling. It’s almost like it’s been designed and built by NASA. Thanks again mark :)
New sub from southeast coast USA. Fent is my favorite tractor. Never seen one over here, but I plan on changing that. We actually have a dealer close enough now. Awesome videos
Hey Jonny, I like your videos, Cool, Fresh and a pretty big joke track. You are a cool guy. I am sending you from Germany, Bavaria in sunny summer weather greetings 😎
It can be completely ridiculous at times. We do things conventional farmers would never dream of. It was a very big learning curve for me too. Blows my mind sometimes when things don’t go as planned. :)
What a tractor! Biggest here on our farm would be 250 XD which seems like nothing beside her, it's what gets the job done, I'm amazed by how good the fuel economy is wouldn't of expected it, some rig lad and I wish you the best of luck with her, great videos I've been going threw them all this moring before I head to work, keep up the good work!
Thanks mate! Yeah the fuel economy is tremendous! It’s just a mind blowing tractors all around! The 1050 gets a lot of stick from people, but when you actually drive one, you really appreciate what a fantastic piece of engineering it is! When it drys up il hopefully be able to make plenty of videos to just show how good it really is! Thanks for the kind words mate! Take care of yourself! :) Jonny
Good video. Some questions, 1- why disc then plough? 2- is it easy to learn how to use the controller and the computer screens? 3 - I've noticed these tractors can move the front up and down, what benefit does that have ?
Jonny 1388 the whole thing like how to operate and a video on all of the other machines your’ve got and maybe like a back story of you or something. Great job again
Thanks Johnny! Il do as many as I can, and il try to cover all the controls, inside and out. Just as soon as the snow clears! Thanks mate! Great name by the way! 👍
Hello Jonny, Deano sent me here! This looks like a nice channel indeed and you sound like a very nice and fun guy! I'll sub to see what you're up to next :)
1050 in the title probably helped, too! ;-) at least it caught my attention quickly. and probably yt thought i might actually like it based on my view history. i have to admit that i watched deano's vid already yesterday and didn't check out your channel right away because to be honest i already have a lot of subs and there are still just 24 hrs per day to watch. at max. there's also other stuff that needs to be taken care of. so there's some kind of competion between all my subs and when someone recommends a new channel it's somewhat tough to convince me because it more or less implies ditching another channel as my total available daily view time is already maxed out. for me, in the end it all comes down to: (type of) content, "entertainment" (to me it's just like with musical abilities: either you have it or you don't), quality (esp audio - don't need fancy hollywood-like post prod), pronunciation (because as non-native speaker with only limited skills in the English language it can be quite exhausting to keep up) luckily (for you - hehe) you're doing quite well on these 4 criteria. and deano explicitly mentioned that you didn't ask for a shout out / recommendation at all which in turn says a lot about your attitude ;-) in my opinion we as viewers are not entitled to get great entertainment on youtube for free. so i'm still very, very thankful for every great channel out there and don't take it for granted. especially since a bunch of my favourite youtubers do not run ads or any other monetization. keep up the great work! :)
wouldn't it be easier to carry a little bit of air hose that can connect to the tractor's air system and to blow off the disk? especially if the dirt is light and dry as seen in this vid it should be quick and easy
just came to my mind spontaneously when i saw you shoveling off the dirt because at least on camera it seems quite light and fluffy :) plus you wouldn't need to get that close to the hydraulic lines with the (sharp?) scraper and the solid packed dirt (hopefully) wouldn't fall off anyways during transport. but actually i'm not that much into farming ... i even don't know anything about the air flow or pressure on tractors^^
Hi there Johnny. New sub here so say thanks to dean of 😃. Love the Fendt; sure is a beauty and makes pulling them discs look easy. I see you saying in the comments section that your all organic on yeer estate. Not easy done but with the expenses off today's inputs it's looking like maybe the way to be going.
Thanks for coming john! Yes, I owe Deano a pint...or maybe 10! The response from his video has been incredible! There’s a few grower fairly local to us that went down the organic route. Most of them converted back to conventional because it just didn’t work for them. Hopefully you’ll see how our farm works over the course of the videos. As a general rule of thumb I think organically we put in 50%more input into our crops due to weeding, and heavy cultivation’s we have to do throughout the year. It’s a very very challenging way of farming. But it keeps us busy nearly 365 days of the year :) Thanks for subscribing and I hope I can do Deano’s recommendation to my channel some justice! Keep up with this nice videos! These are amazing!
Thank you so much.
Tim from Germany
Them discs certainly do a lovely job, very envious of the soil, wish all our fields were like that round us. Nice one!
They really are a lovely tool! We’ve been really pleased with them so far, there a pleasure to use! It’s lovely soil when it’s damp, if it’s to wet it’s evil, and will swallow a quadtrac in one mouthful lol
Awesome video and great camera work brother! Fendt is hands down the Ferrari of tractors... Keep up the great work Jonny!
Love the commentary, especially about the different type of tractors.
Nice 1 Jonny.
You’re audience will grow massively.
You sir!, you are the reason why my dream is still to be a farmer, amazing vid!, keep up the good work!
great looking tractor you are very lucky to drive it thanks for showing

USA farmer here. Beautiful machine there. Subbing, looking forward to seeing more of your operation.
Greatest video, you’re a lucky man with that Fendt.
I am, i can honestly say I never take it for granted. It’s a fantastic tractor
Really nice setup and lovely dirt you are working there
Tidy. Yes, jumped over from Deano's channel. Liking it. Well done and keep it up.
Great video mate, your one of my favourite farmer youtubers and i love watching your videos!!
And i really liked this video as the Fendt 1050 is my favourite tractor
Wow that is amazing.
The videos are great. Keep them coming
Large fields, light land and a big fendt, wish my 724 had that vario grip!
Glad deano recommended you
The vario grip is brilliant!!! It’s standard on a 1050 but definitely well worth it on all the other models. :)
And I learn better through your videos English
Mighty good video Jonny, looking forward to what the future holds for you!
Thanks you! I am too, I never expected it to take off like it has. I owe Deano a lot for him shout out! :)
Thanks for coming over
Take care
Jonny :)
Going to be very interesting learning about this organic farming lark I'm used to conventional farming lol
It can be completely ridiculous at times. We do things conventional farmers would never dream of. It was a very big learning curve for me too. Blows my mind sometimes when things don’t go as planned.

Jonny 1388 can’t wait to see more of her
I’ll have to come and have a play with that Jonny...
Your more than welcome to come have a play for the day kurt!! At least When this beast from the east decides its had enough of us and buggers off.
Deano sent me here and love your videos so far 👍
Very nice footage and tractor mate 👍 and commentary is clear and fluent 👌
Thank you James! I was worried about how I came across when I first started but all these nice comments are giving me the confidence to keep going! :)
Cracking vid Jonny, that Fendt looks a beast.same as many others Deano gave the heads up on your channel, good luck with it all.
Thank you Tony! Yes, it’s a real beast! Im very very lucky! :)
Thank you for coming across! :)
You have my dream jobb man. Keep up the good work, really good videos, great content and you explain everything just right! 👌👍
Thanks tommy! It’s good to hear your enjoying them! I’ve really had lots of fun making them! :)
this beast must be in fs19
If there is airbrakes on the tractor, you could just get an adapter and blow all the rubbish off the disc, much easier👍
Didn't know Farming machinery was so technologically advanced.Amazing.
You haven’t seen anything yet zigi! There are some robots il be showing people in future videos :) 👍
If you can get a robot to replace my Wife, then the future is looking good.
Haha!!!!
You and me both zigi!! Wouldn’t that be brilliant! Lol
Just come over from Deanos channel really impressed with your content so subbed 🇬🇧🚜👍🏻
Thanks graham!! I hope you enjoy what’s to come!! When spring arrives there will be more to film that’s for sure!
Deano suggested you but so did youtube and here I am ;)
Keep up the good work!
Just found your channel, great vids .
Thanks Paul!
Good video. Some questions, 1- why disc then plough? 2- is it easy to learn how to use the controller and the computer screens?
3 - I've noticed these tractors can move the front up and down, what benefit does that have ?
Hi Jonny, Deano steered me in your direction . Great video keep it up
Thank you David!
Good vid bud. Found out about you through Deano and I'm glad I watched your video and subscribed. Keep it up 👌
Just subscribed at recommendation of Deano. Nice piece of kit and good video!
Thanks James!! :)
Could you possibly do a machine tour
Absolutely Jacob! Is there any parts of the fendt you would like me to concentrate on or just the whole thing in general? :)
Jonny 1388 the whole thing like how to operate and a video on all of the other machines your’ve got and maybe like a back story of you or something. Great job again
Deano sent me love your content keep up the good work
Thanks mate, means a lot :)
Hi Jonny, I There any chance you could make a video on how to use a Plough with the Fendt 1050 showing the Controls/Buttons. Cheers
Great video Johnny never had the opportunity to work a fendt am I right in thinking they only have one brake pedal thus no side brakes ?? Cheers
Deano said to chech you out and you've got a great channel and a great tractor (fendt 1050)
She’s a lovely tractor your right! Thanks for coming!
Deano sent me, interesting stuff! :)
Looking forward to many more 1050 videos 👍
Thanks Johnny! Il do as many as I can, and il try to cover all the controls, inside and out. Just as soon as the snow clears!

Brilliant thank you! I’m really really glad you like my channel! I hope you enjoy what I will be doing in the future! :)
Sure thing. I like the layout of the videos so far, so just keep it up!
Great video, greetings from Germany ^^
excited for this channel
That's awesome Johny1388, very interseting video how you Europeans work the machinery
Good work jonny...
I would say the quadtrac would be worth it but even here in the United States they suck to drive down the road because nobody gets out of the way
Looks Good!
Thanks henri!
The very nice video!! Is this in Ireland ?
Très belle vidéo 👌👌👌💪💪💪💪💪👏👏👏
Earned yourself a new subscriber
New sub grand video hell them discs do a nice job 👌👍
Thanks Christopher! Yes, we’re really happy with them. We had loads of different manufacturers discs on demo and we liked these Amazone ones the best.
deano sent me! however this vid was under the suggested ones on my yt home page
That’s great news! I don’t think I had been in any suggested videos until Deanos shout out! That’s great to hear!

luckily (for you - hehe) you're doing quite well on these 4 criteria. and deano explicitly mentioned that you didn't ask for a shout out / recommendation at all which in turn says a lot about your attitude ;-)

Very nice and interesting videos btw Deano sent me
Nice driving
Great video, sent over by deano
Thank you Robert!
wouldn't it be easier to carry a little bit of air hose that can connect to the tractor's air system and to blow off the disk? especially if the dirt is light and dry as seen in this vid it should be quick and easy
Yes I think it would work in the summer or when it’s dry! Good idea!
just came to my mind spontaneously when i saw you shoveling off the dirt because at least on camera it seems quite light and fluffy :) plus you wouldn't need to get that close to the hydraulic lines with the (sharp?) scraper and the solid packed dirt (hopefully) wouldn't fall off anyways during transport. but actually i'm not that much into farming ... i even don't know anything about the air flow or pressure on tractors^^
Great vid
Thanks James!
if you could just drop the Fendt off to me by next sat that would be cool jonny :)
How many acres are you covering to pay for that monster
Hiya Johnny
Thanks for the videos
Just wondering how do you compare the 230cvx and the fender.
Which is better gearbox?
Thanks again
Why do you disc before ploughing?
Why not use a brush to clean the muck off haha
I just subscribed denno 0303 sent me just wondered how many acres you farm ?
Thanks for coming George! It’s a 5000acre estate, every single acre is organic.
Thanks for the interest!
Take care
Jonny :) 👍
Hi nice Video i want to Work as a Farmer but i havent any ich in the agriculture is it a big Problem
Hi, thank you! What do you mean by ich? :)
Jonny 1388 ups i mean with ich experience sorry my english is not good
Great videos mate found you by accident.. what size tyres have the 1050 got?
What speed were you working at? I usually disc at 10 km/h (just above 6mph), with a much smaller tractor and working tool of course!
Between 10 to 15kmh depending on ground conditions :)
What is the tool you are pulling?
Hi there Johnny. New sub here so say thanks to dean of 😃.
Love the Fendt; sure is a beauty and makes pulling them discs look easy.
I see you saying in the comments section that your all organic on yeer estate. Not easy done but with the expenses off today's inputs it's looking like maybe the way to be going.
Thanks for coming john! Yes, I owe Deano a pint...or maybe 10! The response from his video has been incredible! There’s a few grower fairly local to us that went down the organic route. Thanks John
Take care
Jonny :) 👍
Jonny 1388 good man for the work your at and the humility too. Nice to see some with a bit of common sense.
Yeah I'm farming in the West of Ireland. Just suckler and up too forward stores.
Just a small part time farmer but still see challenges every day. That's what keeps it interesting though. Hey if it was simple every one would be doing it. 😂😂😂😂
Tidy vid mate
Thanks very much mark! 👍
Hi Jonny, good video enjoyed it. By the way Deano said to check you out.
Thanks Michael! I hope I do Deano justice!
Take care mate
Jonny :) 👍
What's the idea of dicing before ploughing or was that to firm it up good vid though
Thanks joe! Because we’re organic it’s very very important the plough does a proper job and buries all the residues. You can’t tell on the video very well but it was a crop of mustard that had been grazed off by sheep and the sheep had left a lot behind. So we use the discs to chop what’s left up and incorporate it into the soil. If the plough doesn’t do its job properly it will cause us lots of problems and potentially leave us with a failed crop of spring barley. The residues also get trapped in our Garford cereal hoes when we come to weed the crops in the spring.
It is excessive, but we cannot cut any corners farming organically.
I hope this helps answer your question mate!
Take care
Jonny :)
Are you running rtk on everything? What other kit do you have besides the case and fendt?
Deano sent me, good work!
Thanks jack!! :)
How many acres of produce do you all usually grow per season ?
We’re a 5000acre estate, with some of it in a grassland rotation, so it’s about 4000acres roughly per season.
Why would you cultivate right before plowing?
It was a crop of mustard that had been grazed off by sheep, they flatten down all the long stalks they don’t eat. So because we’re organic we can’t afford for the plough not to fully invert the soil and bury all the surface residue. We farm very light land and with a lot of residue to bury the plough sometimes struggles to do a proper job. It will seem excessive to a conventional farmer, but it’s something we have to do to try and ensure our crops get the best start they can. Our inrow cereals hoes can get blocked up with trash and end up killing the crop if there is too much rubbish close to the surface. So basically we cant afford to make a bad job of ploughing, we try to do everything in our power to make sure the plough functions exactly as it should. It’s all to help control the weed population as best we can.
Hope that helps :)
Hi Jonny what part of the country do you Farm?
South Yorkshire and north Lincolnshire :) thanks for watching :)
When did you hurt your left arm ? Looks really bad
Wason Jonny is that your 1050 and where are you baced?
Hi Spencer! It’s the farms tractor. I don’t think I’d ever be able to afford one for myself lol there a bit on the expensive side lol
Near Doncaster I’m South Yorkshire
Have you had any tyre slip on rear rims yet ?
No not that I’ve noticed Pete. Most of our land is rather light so it generally looses traction before it has the chance to slip on the rims, but to be honest we haven’t had much wheel slip with it either in general, even in some of our heavy ground. It’s quite astonishing how it manages to get the power to the ground. It has a very clever 4 wheel drive system, though I’m not entirely sure how it works.
Thanks for your comment pete
Jonny
TMS? Test match special??
Tractor management system
Test match special!! Lol haha love it!
Cosmicspook15 has got the answer right.
Tractor management system :)
for better fuel economy
Just a tip for you don’t move your head to fast because then it will go fuzzy
i want more of the fendt :O
It’s to wet at the moment, but there will be more fendt videos :)
Nice but I like more case ih :)
There will be lots of case IH videos coming up :)
Cool
Thanks Mu Mu! 👍

I want to be a farmer so bad 😣
I'm after little digger preferably 3½ tons but 1½ tons or a bigger one cheap! Let us know.
And if you want to get some extra equipment say! have a extra camera or mic, you can put that on your sponsor! for people to donate good way of doing it.
Thanks John really appreciate that!
We haven’t got a mini digger unfortunately. We’ve just got the js130.
Thanks again mate!
