Bro I own a Pulsar 150 and I bought pulsar 180 forks & Disc plate , is it possible to fit that 180 disc in my 150 front wheel and will my old caliper fit with 180 disc ?
I have asked this to several UA-camrs but they didn't give me a correct answer...
Bro..... Except engine most of the parts are common in pulsar 125,150,180 n little bit in 220......if you are talking about forks, disc plate n calliper, these all parts are almost same in all models....... So as per my opinion, you can easily fit all that parts in your bike

Its a stock swing arm of Pulsar 180..... By using small spacer bush, i have installed FZ alloy wheel.... Without any alterations in swing arm

Bhai fitting pura perfect hoga na .. mereko koi jugaad wala nehi sahiye..sayed age se koi bhi prblem na aye..like bad main disk pad change karna ya kuch bhi part khul ne aur fit karna to prblm nehi hoga na.. aur sabhi part new use karna se atcha hoga na.

Impossible bro........ Adaptor is tightly fixed in drum...... I have checked the braking capacity of bike in every conditions like on speed bumps, hilly areas, high speed above 120 KM/H, means i hv performed every type of stress test.......
But finally the brakes are too powerful. Because i have used brake calliper with double piston....... Commonly all the bikes with rear disc brakes have only single piston calliper

Every thing is available in market except adapter and caliper holder, because it was customised as per my bike.......kindly contact any experienced mechanic or layth machine operator for customation
Where to buy? Online? Can you give me link? Also was there any hole drilled? I asked many bike repair technician, they were saying about replacing the entire wheel., but nobody is ready for conversion here in Bengaluru.
It depends on the skills of the mechanic, every thing is possible. In my video u can see most of the things are hand made and customised......
