Upcycle Nuts, Bolts, and Screws with Resin to make a Picture Frame

I've been been a maker / DIYer for 30 years. I have a 30 pound tub of extra nuts, bolts, and screws from countless IKEA builds and extra parts from kits. I'll never use them in my life time and they are weighing down my shelves.
