- Hello everybody!
Today I went to Nürnberg to check and optimize my bike position with Lasse Ibert / Radsportibert.
I use the competition-free time due to the Corona Pandemic as a chance to test and try things out.
In this video you get to know Lasse, part of the Team Kick Ass, and see what we change and accompany me through my fitting day.
We were able to keep the distance rules optimally and paid attention to mouthguards and hygiene during closer contact. I think it is an important symbol to show that despite the restrictions one can and must continue to work with people to support their existence!

I did today the bike fitting also there in Nürnberg and I recommend it even for not only PRO like Laura but also age groupers. It took 3 hours and was full of insights and tips for the bike and also in other areas.

Super bei Radsport Ibert. Das hab ich mir auch schon gegönnt. Nicht nur was für Profis, kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Mir hat das wahnsinnig viel gebracht für Sicherheit, Bike Kontrolle und Kraftübertragung. Nur Erdbeerkuchen gab es bei mir nicht ;)
Hallo Stefan! Ja, das stimmt! Lohnt sich wirklich für jeden der gerne Rad fährt! Der Kuchen war ein Traum, aber sicher nicht jeden Tag realisierbar für jeden Kunden ;-)

Wie immer Klasse! Erdbeerkuchen mit Sahne lässt einen wohl entspannter leiden, oder? Beeindruckend, wieviele Stellschrauben ihr dreht, um noch besser zu werden.

Very interesting! Is it possible to determine the effect of the changes on aerodynamics without a wind tunnel? Or are aerodynamics not that important when changing crank length and saddle position?
I think to be 100% sure you probably need a Windtunnel test, but i also have a very good feeling for what is fast/ faster or slow. But before Kona we will definitely test it again!

Hey Simon! Dadurch das Castelli aus Italien kommt und durch die Pandemie komplett stillgelegt wurde, dauert es mit der Produktion leider etwas. Aber das Design steht schon mal :-) Kann ihn dann hoffentlich bald mal präsentieren! :-) LG Laura

Danke liebe Julie! Mein aller erstes Rennrad war von Müsing. Mein erster Partner war dann Cube.Da habe ich dann auch mein erstes Zeitfahrrad bekommen.
@@lauraphilipp9193 wie cool :) ich finds immer ganz witzig, wie man ein ganz einfaches Rennrad fährt und ihr so coole Monstermaschinen😄

Ich habe für mich auch eine entworfen und bin derzeit noch bei PLA (Prototyp), möchte aber demnächst etwas beständiges machen (PETG?)...

@@lauraphilipp9193 Hi Laura, thank you for responding to quickly. Is there anyone in Canyon I can approach to pay for the same pads? To put in context Canyon here in Australia just took my bike back because the factory arm pads snapped off while i was doing a time trial. So would be a good time for me to ask. All good if you can't share details etc. Keep up the posts, helps motivation during these difficult times.
Was hat die Messung mit der Myontec-Shorts ergeben? Denkst Du, es ist sinnvoll diese noch häufiger im alltäglichen Training einzusetzen?
Die Messung war sehr interessant. Man hat gesehen, das ich mit veränderter Position meinen Gluteus besser ansteuern und nutzen konnte. Daraus erhoffe ich mir natürlich mehr Power. Ja, die Messung ist super sinnvoll, auch fürs Laufen. Man weiß einfach besser woran man evtl noch arbeiten muss und erkennt Dysbalancen schneller. LG Laura

Hallo Gerald! Das ist ein selbstgebautes Teil das es so nicht zu kaufen gibt. Habe aber schon sehr ähnliche bei Tririg gesehen..kannst du dir mal anschauen. Lg Laura
