That was a huge mistake on Sega's part. They meant to hurt Sony, but that company has way more financial muscle than a company like Sega ever had.

Some games were good like Horizon 2 and Scalebound, but in all honestly I think combining the other press conferences and taking out the boring parts (except Nintendo of course) could come close to a tie with Sony
I think Mr. Caffeine was trying to do the pokemon battle theme, the beginning part of the theme where you're just about to engage into battle.

That was really good. I would also add - the announcement of Battle Tag during the Ubisoft conference that was hosted by Joel McHale. Oh, and that God awful Disneyland and Star Wars Kinect demo during the Microsoft conference.

All great moments, but it's criminal to forget the legend that is "Ravi Drums" from Nintendo's 2008 press conference.
I remember learning about the battle of the giant enemy crabs. Scary stuff

The Reggie one is the best one!! My Body Is Ready is still memorable to this day people still use it and most don't even know where it's from.

The zelda and the 299 were “like a boss“ moments at its best.
Kid Icarus getting a new game in 2010 was a real wild moment, specifically when it came to the game's surprise announcement. Donkey Kong Country Returns being revealed in the same show got a pretty wild applause, but Kid Icarus was a different scenario. This was basically a Half-Life 3/Duke Nukem Forever scenario where it became a running gag prediction. When it actually happened, things got wild.
Those wrestlers had me dying lol.
Reggie in that thumbnail looks like "WAKE ME UP! I CAN'T WAFFLE UP! SAVE MEEE!"

they were selling launch PS3s with a loss, it cost 799 to manufacture because of the cell's weird architecture hardware and the expensive blu-ray
But they were making money back from their games. Unlike pc gaming, i doubt you will see 90% off games, otherwise a price of a playstation or xbox will be way higher. With those hardware, the ps4 and xboxone were probably selling at a loss too.

I love Reggie. His Galaxy Edition New3DSXL commercial is one of my favorite Reggie appearances. Making that commercial was so pointless, and you could see it in his eyes.

The FF7 Remake announcment broke the internet, the crowd went nuts.
I miss the days of Nintendo's regular conferences. Even though they talked a lot about boring stuff. We got to see a lot more of Reggie, Miyamoto, and others back then. Now it's just a trailer that they force people to wait until E3 to watch. It's just not the same.
