There is a combination of predictive tests for Preeclampsia, in this multisystem disorder, the BP is rising at least 2 times 4-6 hrs. apart, with proteinuria.
1.RFT
-Proteinuria
-Hyperuricemia
2. LFT
-Increased AST & ALT levels
- Increased Creatinine
- Increased LDH
- Increased Bilirubin
3. Endothelial dysfunction
- Increased RBC
- Decreased Platelet count
4. Increased Vascular Resistance
- Roll over Test
- Doppler USG
5. CT & MRI Scanning
