Brilliant work, I'll b honest with u mate one thing u kept on saying on the video is "am not an expert" hahahahahaha I think u either having a laugh or trying to pull our leg off mate. Great work mate keep, them coming. I've just learnt something knew about the electrics and checking the electrics, thank mate.
Olav, if you want your clutch to engage at lover revs, you need lighter clutch springs so that the bob weights throw out sooner and engage with the clutch bell at lower revs
Well, set off to work this morning, and can't get above 16mph ( around 20 on the clock). Just juddering like a b$"^%$£d. Checked plugs, checked filter, that's as much as I do. Fires up though and ticks over fine, engine revs its balls off fine when on stand but something (belt slipping or variator?) is wrong. Seems to be pointing to this according to your vid. THANK YOU!!!!!
To get that nut loose (easier), put your right hand on where wrench slides over the nut and your other hand on the other side. Make sure that the nut is facing to the right side (your right arm) and hit the arm of the wrench on something solid where you can hit on.
The bike came out briliant Martin, paint looks awesome, bet Jimmy's pleased with it
