4:30 you should have lubed the piston with a little 2stroke oil when inserting it into the cylinder. When you first start it, it will scratch in there dry.....
the piston has already been run before look at the top of the piston it is black

That is one Beautiful Engine. I wish they sold them in the US. I can buy a US 50,000 Kawasaki H2- 300 Horsepower, just down the road ,but could not find this engine or parts anywhere in my America. RH DSD

Må karburatoren gerne sidde så skævt? har nemlig en kammerats maskine hvor den sidder lige så skævt, der fortalte jeg ham at den skal sidde meget mere vandret, men der er vi uenige:D
Lige i dette tilfælde går det moj' fin :) vinklen ændres jo lidt når motoren monteres :)

Good work, but i see the squish is too low, the 94cc need 0,9mm not 0,77. When you set the ignition, try to use protractor, you can be more precision. Ciao

Burde der ikke bruges lidt mere før, at det kan slutte ordenligt tæt? :)
+DujeDaren Det er langt fra nødvendigt og bruge ret meget da Motoren er rigtig pæn og plan på alle pak flader, så der skal kun lige en smule på så er det tæt :)
+DujeDaren forestil dig hvor meget flydende pakning der går i krumtapshuset når man bare fyrer godt på :)

I'd like to here the engineers perspective on the swingarm belt pulley thingy. To me it makes no sense. Sort of why every bike on the road uses a chain save for a custom chopper??

Im tring to turn my icebear mojo 50cc trike into something that could handle the snow. Have old atv tires for the back 2 and a knobby tire for the front but 50cc gy6 ant going to cut it... Was thinking bbk go full build but money is thight so a 120-150cc swap can it be done cheaper? How much are yours

malossi eliminate the stock waterpump.kinda suck cuz if the battery is empty the pump will not work.how is the engine running?is it worth it to buy?

if you don't have the correct seal punch set use a big socket it install the crank seals instead of a hammer and screwdriver. good god!

Non ho capito quale accensione hai usato, prima si è visto chiaramente che era una Stage6, poi improvvisamente hai usato quella della Malossi. Tutto sto lavoro con materiali di gran marca e non hai cambiato la campana della frizione che è rimasta quella originale. La guarnizione rossa l'hai messa a risparmio. Non so come andrà questo motore!
I didn't understand what ignition you used, first it was clear that it was a Stage6, then suddenly you used that of Malossi. I'm all working with high-quality materials and you haven't changed the clutch bell that remained the original one. You put the red gasket in savings. I don't know how this engine will go!

The ignition is -and has always been Stage6. The cover however, is the one that comes with the C1 :) it goes like a MF i can tell you that mutch ;)
no oil on the piston while inserting it to the cyllinder..... omfg i could feel the pistion scraping

Which zylinder is it?
should always use a loc-tite on the seals when installing them. and if you dont have a seal tool a deep socket works good. you can easily ruin a seal this way in the video. just sayin
