I don’t currently have a video on meniscus training, but my general advice would be to work on your posture/joint alignment to reduce the risk of whatever may have caused the meniscus injury and then once the inflammation goes down, to slowly build up strength in the Quad and hamstrings through a very deep range of motion.

Very insightful. I dont regularly have Achilles pain, but there's days after Zumba class where its aching, I'll be adding these to my warm-up routines, and try to incorporate them in daily. Thanks!
