    Thank you! I have grown crystals with my children a few years ago. I love how you used them to make a silicone mold. I’d love to see more videos on crystal growing, and how you incorporate them

    All I have is Alum powder, I can't get the Alum crystals seeds here, I'm going to use the powder to see if I can grow crystals from it. Great video, Thank you

    How fascinating. I wonder how big you can get the crystals to grow? I feel an experiment coming on....... Thank you 👏❤

      Thankyou so much yes you can experiment a lot I use to grow crystals on different objects yes water do harm them but with proper care these can last .Its also for fun .
      My aim was to show how we can make druzy silicone inserts for resin.😊❤

    So what is we didn’t get great growth after a couple days and we want to top up our solution? Do we need to make another batch or can I pour out whatever water hasn’t evaporated…reheat it & use that?

    • @teaandart
      @teaandart  Рік тому

      Hi it might be the solution isn't saturated or it might have been contaminated.
      So beind said that you need to make a new batch.

    Hi,
    Yiu dish didn't soft in the water??
    Which clay it was??
    I use DSA and just in 10 hours it got softer. What I did wrong ??

    • @teaandart
      @teaandart  Рік тому

      It was DAS and yes it will get soft a little .You need to let it dry for few days when the crystals are formed. I am actually working on different materials as well as crystal adherence seld to organic materials only.

    • @teaandart
      @teaandart  Рік тому

      Also It should take few hours 10 hours is pretty long .

      @@teaandart no no 1st I let it dry fully.
      Then I put in aulm mix solution and it got softer just in 10 hours even in your video you put 2 days in the water but your dish is firmed.
      Or your dish too got softer?? And you let it hard after growing crystals??

    How do you keep your crystals to use again. Do you just keep them in a plastic container or plastic bag? I've made crystals like that before using alum but when I went to use them they had turned cloudy. What am I doing wrong please. Thankyou! Excellent video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge 😁

    • @teaandart
      @teaandart  2 роки тому +1

      Hi I do keep them in airtight container but I haven't came across getting them powder.
      For the crystals you grow you need to place them in humid free environment to last long.
