Apart from the 1st one all of them destroy the amazing gritty atmosphere of the vanilla game. Vanilla Xbox Series X version with 60fps looks much better than all of these ngl. Texture quality is not everything. The console Xbox lightning and atmosphere is still unmatched after 17 years and countless PC mods. These shiny roads and cars don't match the atmosphere of GTA IV. Looks like a wannabe GTA V. Very disappointing tbh.

these are "the best" gta 4 graphic mods out there, a majority of people must be liking the "wannabe-gta5" otherwise why would a modder make such mods ?

it is absolutely matched and even surpassed by a very famous modpack for GTA4 on github.
