Yes, you can secure a home loan without being a co-applicant. Talk to a loan agent in advance.

Yes you can buy it from the builder as well as in resell. For subsequent purchases you will be considered as Category 4.

Tell your builder that you will be able to meet the demand at --- date. See if you can pay them partially because they will impose a penalty of 13% annual. You can request them to wave off it.

What is the minimum salary criteria for this scheme. also if I bid with my father's name in case my salari is high, then can I take loan or my father only can take loan?

There is no criteria on income. Anyone having any income slab can apply. Just check the category 3 and category 4 rules.

@@Rams_dhun you chances are average as I stated your income slab doesn't play any role in 3/4 category. Yes your father's chances are hight but the place of registration should be in Gurgaon/Haryana only. Please contact via google form if you need any help.
