Une superbe auto, en est eu une de1977 pendant 5 a 6 ans le temps de la refaire 1 année et demi ,avant de la revendre suite à un AVC, mais un grand plaisir à conduire et le regard les voisins lorsque je la sortais, de 1998 à 2003 que de souvenirs 😃👌😉
I had two of those from new… one to drive and one for the garage to work on. Both damaged the crank and bearings as the engine was not strong. Loves the cars though, until they dissolved in rust and the headlights fell in.
I think I like this better than the Murena. the side glass really reminds me of my GTV6. I am also 100% sold on the orange and it has a nice throaty exhaust tone! The front bonnet looks like it's steel but I thought the Bagheera had a glassfiber body. (Or is it a mix?)
....mio padre nel 1976 acquistò una Chrysler Simca 1307 S , di Matra Simca all'epoca se ne vedevano alcune parcheggiate in città, ....a parte la sua linea molto sportiva e decisamente da "fuoriserie " aveva la caratteristica dei tre posti in linea ed il motore lo stesso della Simca di mio padre , ovvero un 1.300 con 80 cv e carburatore Weber doppio corpo ....ALFISTA DOC 72
I could not get one of the carburettors to work properly for years - and I hate carburettors , even if they look cool - so I decided to go for port fuel injection. I used MAXXECU Street, some left over Volvo injectors, welded up an alu intake manifold, cut out a timing wheel, glued (!) it to the crankshaft pulley, welded up a catch tank/fuel pump thing, and then fired it up. Ran perfect on first start. Never looked back. :-)

Brill concept..seen and admired very occasionally in the UK..very thick fibreglass! A sort of Fiat Bertone X1/9 with a middle seat!
