@@BduBBz6969 yeah that’s still not true.. teams have overcome multiple turnovers and still won a game. the point the guy is making is if you don’t go score 7 every drive you lose which is not close to IRL football. in real football mistakes obviously are costly but because you don’t score once IRL the game is far from over. a good example is the patriotsvsfalcons… the chargers vs jags

Ngl I have no clue what I’m doing on defense. Cover 3 doesn’t work, anyone with a brain can bomb cover 2, and cover 4 you’re giving up underneath routes.

Cover 4 plays the best for me when I press it turns into match and will confuse some players into thinking it’s man still kinda doesn’t work but it helps lol
Yea coverage is fucking shit every db drops back too far so literally every play works verticals , crossers , etc the middle 3rd just backs up to the endZone and zigs drops are awful and flats clearly don’t play flat

Honestly that’s my biggest problem on defense I can lock the middle down with my user but then godd damn flats are always open I see why some ppl jus mid blitz it’s honestly more consistent

@@THEKING-ix6rw Idk its really a toss up, they really made the zones worse than ever in madden. In cfb if you make all the right adjustments you’ll probably just get hoed with a dropped pick or broken tackles. In madden it’s damn near no such thing as making all the right adjustments 😂😂😂
@@mrfamousamos9819don’t expect to be a casual at madden an for everything to be easy do sum research if you really want to get good im currently 19-2 on regs an I haven’t had problems on defense when I use coverage shells at all , tricking my opponent is how i get a stop , m24 was my first since m16 so I just played a lot of games learned everything there is to learn about the game, watch diff people play and I’m pretty good now where I actually enjoy the game and the challenge like it’s chess it’s the lil things that I had to learn like shading up or down or out or in , pass n run committing , free form , throwing on the hash mark , I usually do stock defense an offense but do play with the purple zone drops here n there so if you really like madden then just go learn an u don’t need a ebook just watch diff yt vids

Yea I love football and have played madden since 06, this is the first madden I have t bought on release. After I heard they were adding so much more to offense instead of fixing zones after 30 years I opted out
Theres ways to beat it but what ive been doing is playing 3-3-5 or dime manually have the coverage underneath.... since everyone spams trips corner routes put the free olb rusher on whichever side the trips are on to play that purple zone and then play the middle of the field manually on a mlb or db depending on the coverage ur using. Its not perfect but it definitely has been able to slow down trips corner spam

Now I know why I lost games I feel should have been wins. Confirmation to what I thought was going on. I feel anything but hook curl zone drops are broken. I had a feeling the zone drop feature would be bugged back when they started zone drops. Sounds cool and all but doesn't work. I always felt like zone drops was the problem with my defense. Thanks Zan! Your knowledge is tier 1. Thanks for your work you put in brother.
