Every one of the Silent Yachts I've seen have onboard diesel generators that help provide enough current along with the batteries and/or solar panels to achieve no more than 10 knots... on battery power alone they are closer to 3 to 5 knots. So they are not completely "carbon emission free"... along with the materials used not being carbon neutral in any way shape or form. "Carbon emission free" is a lie. There is always some carbon emission caused during construction. The only thing happening is the transfer of where and when the carbon is emitted.
