My father, a Led Zeppelin’s fan, went to Tokyo to watch this presentation. I was 10 years old and I loved these guys since I was born. I wanted to meet Jimmy, my idol. My father said "no". I asked, begged, cried, but he was firm. My uncle was a sound engineer and had already worked with LZ in 71 and 72, he wanted to take me but my father did not allow it. I was angry with him for a long time ...one day I saw this video and said to him: “ look what you made me lose“...
André Paroni I'm Japanese but I lived for a few years in Brazil, my Brazilian friends gave me that name (I don't know why), I liked it and I keep using it ...
They are phenomenal!! Creating a mágical and fascinating atmosphere, his songs with new Egyptian sounds, Jimmy Page is absolutely brilliant on the guitar, they are the greatest of rock. Super concert, I loved it!! Thank you.👏👏✌️🎸♥️

No he doesn't. Lee is a great drummer but he plays nothing like Bonham . Jason sounds far closer. Lee does not have Bonhams power swing or sense of groove. Great drummer but his style is very different. His snare hits sound like cardboard boxes.
All I can say to the twenty people who down-voted this video: "WHATAYA NUTS??!" That, to me, would mean that you must not like Led Zeppelin, perhaps the greatest rock 'n' roll band OF ALL TIME! Which would also mean that you very likely don't have even the slightest idea what good music "is". ('No clue', in other words.) Which, further, only makes me wonder why you twenty would ever even consider watching this video in the first place(?)... But that aside, to then have the audacity to "down-vote" it... I mean, even if you thought it wasn't the best performance in the world, (When it's obviously, just the opposite: an amazing performance!), or even if you thought the absence of John Paul Jones and/or John Bonham made it lesser than what you'd expected it to be, or something... to "down-vote" it; it just makes no sense to me. You're insane, every last one of the twenty of you, in my opinion; and, I'm sure, in the opinion of 39,773 other viewers here as well. Sorry, but I just had to get that off my chest. Much thanks for uploading it, David Estrada. A truly awesome video - despite what the twenty deaf, dumb, and blind ones might think.
Man Eddie was off the chain but led Zeppelin had the whole package they were like Ozzy pink floyd n ozzy n rhodes mixed up i think page was better than Eddie in some ways page could play classixal not sure how to explain it but he could taje u places with 🎸 but im so glad they both shared their ability with the world this is Jessie Cristy husband God bless us all 💕🙏
Your welcome Japan, Tokyo. One of the greatest white man bands ever graced your presence...hope you enjoyed. I to have seen greatness...ACDC back in black tour, right after Bon Scott died & Brian took over lead
Sorry but no. Nobody beats John Bonham. Not even Michael Lee. Michael was a fantastic replacement, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I love Michael Lee, but he’s not John Bonham. RIP Michael Lee the Apprentice, and RIP John Bonham the Master.
Jimmy Page looks exactly like what he is, Irish on his mother's side, and English and Irish on his father 's, although his hooded eyes do look Asian. To me, being Irish, he has the map Ireland on his face. The Celts were wild and beautiful people!
Bonzo the GOAT
Jason apple didn't fall from tree. Awesome drummer.
Michael Lee was an Extraordinary drummer. RIP.

Damn that is quite the story Hahaha
by the way, do you have a brazilian or portuguese ancestry? your name is quite typical in those places!
André Paroni I'm Japanese but I lived for a few years in Brazil, my Brazilian friends gave me that name (I don't know why), I liked it and I keep using it ...

Michael Lee was fantastic . Rest in peace dear Michael. Missing you.

I was very surprised when I heard this for the first time . Better than any post 72 concert. Wonder how he regained control over that range

I feel this drummer channel’s John more than Jason . No pressure .
I'm with you on that
No he doesn't. Lee is a great drummer but he plays nothing like Bonham . Jason sounds far closer.
Lee does not have Bonhams power swing or sense of groove.
Great drummer but his style is very different.
His snare hits sound like cardboard boxes.

Your welcome Japan, Tokyo. One of the greatest white man bands ever graced your presence...hope you enjoyed. I to have seen greatness...ACDC back in black tour, right after Bon Scott died & Brian took over lead
If not for Jon Bonham and the difference in age, Michael Lee could have been the original drummer in Led Zeppelin

I think EVH was correct that Page plays lead like he has a broken hand.
