Back when i was 5 year old my father and I would go to my uncles butcher shop after school and make sausages and steakettes, back then it was the saw dust on the ground. My job was putting out mince on table and grabbing a bucket of seasoning to spread all over it then start mixing by hand. then into the press/processor.
Awesome job guys. I remember watching the butchery at Meatstock 2016 and was 45'c, so freaking hot. And all the meat goes to charity to feed those in need was great to.

My favourite butcher would be hunt & co quality meats. Gareth hunt is a top quality butcher.
