JKA Karaté training : EMPI UCHI SHOTOKAN KARATE-DO vidéo n°11

Nouvelle vidéo sur les techniques de coudes EMPI UCHI de Shotokan karaté-do (école JKA).
Dans cette vidéo vous retrouverez un certain nombre de techniques de coude avec deux séquences d'enchaînement mélangeant ces diverses techniques.
Le coup de coudes est une technique simple mais qui peut se décrire de différentes manières selon la trajectoire et la manière de bouger son corps.
Il y a donc différentes subtilités à saisir pour bien différencier chaque manière d'effectuer la technique EMPI UCHI.
Essayer de reproduire un des deux enchaînements en améliorant votre précision technique.

New video on EMPI UCHI elbow techniques from Shotokan karate-do (JKA school).
In this video you will find a number of elbow techniques with two sequence sequences mixing these various techniques.
Elbowing is a simple technique but can be described in different ways depending on the trajectory and the way of moving your body.
There are therefore different subtleties to grasp to properly differentiate each way of performing the EMPI UCHI technique.
Try to reproduce one of the two sequences by improving your technical precision.
