Congrats Kevin and thanks for participating. I think you will have a lot of fun with it. Just send your shipping info using our contact us page. I'll forward it to ASMOKE and keep you posted.
As a former Traeger+ user, I was initially skeptical about making the switch to Asmoke. But I was intrigued by the concept of a portable pellet grill and decided to give it a chance. I have to say, I'm so glad I did! The temperature control on Asmoke is incredibly precise, and the ability to monitor my food remotely from the app is a game-changer. I love the flavor that the applewood pellets add to my food, and the size and weight of the grill make it so much easier to take on camping trips. Not to mention, the battery life is impressive and being able to charge while using it offers grilling without limitations. Asmoke has truly revolutionized my grilling experience and I can't wait to try more recipes. Highly recommend to all grill enthusiasts out there! #Asmoke
Still watching but I wanted to comment on that portable pellet smoker. What a forward thinking and original spin on a pellet smoker. I love when companies come out with an original product. So far so good. You are making the glaze as I type. 👍🏼
@@Armadillopepper Maybe a brisket... I tried one but I don't think I was cooking low enough, I turned the knob down and when I took it off I wrapped it and let it sit but still ended up tougher than I would have liked. Also, I just did some salmon in mine a few weeks ago. I set the salmon on lemon rings so it wouldn't stick. Turned out awesome.
Great-looking ribs, Jeff. I found Raichlen's version quickly in one of his books. I guess I'm kind of a dinosaur in that I still buy quite a few physical books. I made some country ribs the day before I received my order, but didn't sauce them. I added some of that Ole' Ray's Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce and had a friend try them. He really liked it, and so did I. I still need to try the "It's Incredible" rub, maybe this week sometime. Take care, and have a great week.
would a rib rack allow you to put 4 half racks on there turned on their side, or is the lid too low for them to fit? I like the idea of this little smoker, but don't know if it can fit enough on it
I really like that guava glaze, combine that with the coffee rub and those sound like some winner ribs Jeff! For a small cooker that little guy does some serious food. I do like raichlen a lot, I occasionally go back to his recipes as a springboard for some ideas. Take care brother!
I know you wanted to give me the smoker but that Kevin guy did everything right so you had to let him have it. Ok. Fine. HAHAHA Thanks for this enjoyed it as usual. Keep them coming.
It is covering the heat shield. The heat shield is used to prevent direct flame from being on the ribs on this cook (vent is covered). I do cover the heat shield at times to help with clean up. I believe the manufacturer does not recommend this for this grill. I've read that other manufacturers may say it is okay on some models. To answer your question on temperature, it does not impact temp at this low temp setting. I do not use foil at higher temps.
Looks YUMMY I like to taste the real favors of them meats. . That Ramsay problems! TO MUCH ! over kills things! Until you don't even know what your eating !
Thank you for the smoker. I'm a little excited

Just received your info. Thanks.
Address sent. My grandkids, kids, wife, and I are big fans. Especially the honey- bourbon with butter glaze on all of our pork cooks.
Congratulations Kevin.

I tbink you will really like it. Super easy to use.
You sold me on this cook and I’ll be ordering the spices when I’m in Florida after this darn virus passes.
It won't be as long as it has been.
The color is so awesome and bet they taste amazing:)
Thanks Juan. Hope you give this a try sometime. Really tasty sauce.
@@Armadillopepper I am going to make this tomorrow and also making a second one but substituting mango, wish me luck lol
@@juanar6233 Please let me know how it all turns out. Mango sounds good.
@@Armadillopepper I finally made it and wow! You are awesome.
My mango substitute with a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper was also awesome:)
@@juanar6233 Glad it worked for you!
Love it Jeff! Keep up the great videos.
Thank you David. Give this a try!
I plan on it.
would a rib rack allow you to put 4 half racks on there turned on their side, or is the lid too low for them to fit? I like the idea of this little smoker, but don't know if it can fit enough on it
I think the lid is too low, but the new model with the taller lid would work.

Ironically I tend to find his recipes when I'm reasearching new ideas without searching for his name. Have a good one Charley.
Good stuff!!
Thanks Brian.
Looks bomb

I’m gonna have to use that guava recipe!

Thanks Mr. Smith!
Yes can you tell me where the smoker is Built at
I think Kentucky, but not 100% sure. That is where the company is headquartered.
Thank you as long as it was made in the USA
Steve Riechlan has awesome recipes. HOMERUN on the ribs. I like you MMMM M MMM!! Reaction. Lol
Definitely one of my favorite rib glazes Chris. Thanks!
Lucky guy Kevin.. woohoo
Woohoo!
Is it OK to put foil on the bottom? Doesn’t affect heat, etc.?
You should not put foil on the grill grates.
@@Armadillopepper but you have foil covering the flame broiler plates. are those ok to cover?
