You’ve convinced me! I watched your initial video and thought you did a great job explaining how this smoker works. I have a Big Green Egg but want something I can bring in our travel trailer. I have never seen such decadent 321 ribs. Wowzie! Great job!
New subscriber here, love your videos so far. I recently purchased this smoker to use on our camping trips. Im new to smoking meats, and this will be my first pellet grill smoker purchase. Those ribs look amazing! Cant wait to try this method once my CS grill gets here!
I like using olive oil as a base, really helps the seasoning stay on and doesn't burn when on the grill. Great job on these and after watching this I'm now hungry, lol. Going to have to grill tonight now.
2023..through September 6th..Lowes has this CS Traveler on sale for $149..on the Lowes website..it delivered to my store in 3 days. Free pickup..since its cheaper than anywhere I've seen, I purchased additional 3 year warranty coverage for $28 that starts after the initial 1 year manufacturer warranty ends..so hopefully 4 total years of total breakdown coverage..I'll let ya know how that goes..lol..I picked it up today..August 30 '23.

Got the same pellet grill, its awesome and portable which I like.. 6 hours total cooking time?🤔 4- 4 1/2 hours is plenty for me.
Picked one up on sale off the website for $175, should be getting it in a couple days. Can't wait to try some ribs in it. Already went out and bought a bag of Traeger apple pellets.

The cook on that flank has fajitas all over it.frying with peppers and onions will bring it to a perfect medium.

How is your unit holding up 3 yr mark
Well, I did something silly by leaving it outside uncovered in high heat and humidity. The pellets melted in the hopper and gummed up the inner workings. I took it apart, but couldn't put it back together. I couldn't use it anymore.

PSA: purchased this from countrysmokers.com they will not replace my dead on arrival unit. They expect
me to take it apart and troubleshoot. This is a brand new unit, that i
never used. I keep getting passed over. waiting for a manager that I
will never speak with. What kind of operation is this. Go buy something
else. they also make pit boss grill, Louisiana Grills.
Man that is terrible CS for sure..I just bought one today..hope I don't run into that but I'm no different than you so we will see when the need arises..what ever happened? It's now August '23..
