Most setup are common negative rail, it would be more suitable if you modify it to common negative rail instead of common positive rail.

Very good job. WHat will be next ? 100 amps - 2-phase MPPT ? With ESP32 or STM32 ? U also need better toroid, e.g. for 50 AMPS. Is there derating of output if temps of FETS and toroid go up ? Can we set up prarams. of MPPT with app or through web server ? What about uploading code to MPPT with WiFi and what about emailing status if the maximum voltage of the battery is reached ?

Hi Kiyani's Lab .Thanks for the answer. I haven't tested the whole project yet but I think that without a voltage divider on the rs pin of the esp the wifi won't work. Because the arduino rx and tx logic level is 5v and not 3.3v. And from what I have read, it may be necessary to feed the esp with 3.3v without being through the arduino for maximum efficiency of the esp

max input v can be 50V yes we should use bigger ones if we are going to use it for high amps

PC 817 Opto coupler pin 1 & 2 want to interchange. and 47 K resistor from 4th Pin want to connect it to Battery +ve .
