Booker T for me! As a former coach, I definitely would've pulled the 2 girls on Carver who kept messing up. Not just for the mistakes because it can happen but the lack of enthusiasm and selective effort ( only on the parts they seem to enjoy) brought down the energy of the entire squad. And WHY would a coach just pull a captain after a song has started 🤔 not give heads up to anyone to take over put her back in smack dab in the middle of a song. Not the babies fault definitely a rookie coach mistake.
Carver captain was eatinggg!!! But I feel like when you drop you should keep going until the routine is over not picking up a stick during the routine it make it tacky 😭
Good job by both but the squad in the green ,which I think is BT ,was cleaner and seem to have more routines . Good to see bands still using majorettes
One band one sound ladies back your captain up both squads. Stop lack lusting squads if your cap got energy, clean lines, full motions, and in battle mode you need to be too. Stop lazy stepping, stop lazy twirling, stop paying attention to everything but your cap. You shouldn’t hesitate the next routine bc your captain throws the counts. Be confident in your steps and move like you know what you’re doing. If one looks lazy the team looks lazy. The team is one unit and the team should have the same energy as the cap. Do not drag your asses pull through. Do not cut your moves off follow through your moves. We should not know you dropped a baton just keep twirling and look professional and don’t sweat it just pick it up after. You’re not only representing your team but your whole band your entire school. You’re an army and should know how to move without a thought and ready to go to war. Other than that you ladies did your thing just clean your moves up and pay attention to your captain and your squad. Whatever energy you had busting your asses trying out for the team have that same energy on it. Be happy you’re on the team look like it and act like it.
Both teams were amazing! Carver sold it more for me though. The tail in the back died a little during the 2nd song lol (she fell but she recovered). I like the swag of Carver's team more.
I tell you one thing for certain Carver majorettes got some serious MATH IN THEIR WRIST AND BATON GAME. You have to pay attention to the baton action them things is doing shits a lot of there squads not they tricking and flicking the wrsit. Wrist game crazy
