1)Use "yes and" When people insult you they expect you to act out or be speachless . Don't defend yourself just advance the joke 2) Pretend it's a compliment in all ways. You are so jello 3) Use the word whatever. Yeah whatever man you do you. Whatever is a powerful word to use when you don't want to answer a question or you are embarrassed. Instead of saying sorry you can say whatever The key is a mindset shift. Don't stay in the same way of thinking
